After the Fall

It happened, as many predicted. The economy and the U.S. dollar collapsed, cities encountered major civil unrest. Many people have perished, food is scarce and what there is, is unaffordable. Our lives have changed forever, but it’s time to rebuild our great nation to bring peace and prosperity back into our lives. We must make freedom and liberty our way of life and eliminate government force that we endured over the last two centuries. Federal and State governments, as we knew them are gone. They became the most hated people on earth, those who weren’t killed, fled into obscurity. It’s now up to a very small number of people to take the lead and form a new system of governance that will be totally different than what we had. It will no longer be a government, but volunteers selected by the people to manage the needs of the people.

On the Warpath!

It’s been brought up that we stole America from the Indians, and I don’t want to get into that.  Why don’t those who feel that way talk about how they are treated today? (Didn’t know?  Neither did I.  Makes you wonder why this is not worth the media’s attention, being a little closer to home than Libya. ) Maybe when the government decided to take care of the Indians, they were not able to do so themselves.  Being a hunting and agricultural society, they lacked the education to deal with many facets of modern life.  Would anybody make that claim today?

Crushing the Second Amendment

One small incident at a time. I was reading through the news today and stumbled upon a story about a man in Philadelphia that found out first hand that obeying the law isn’t good enough when dealing with the government representatives that we call the “police department”. The story struck me, but not because of the way that the man was, and continues to be, treated by the police officers. No, the story instead struck me because of the stance that the police department has taken in the months since the incident. They not only blatantly refuse to apologize for the way this man was treated, they have gone a step further. They issued a warning that anyone who undertakes a specific legal activity “will be inconvenienced” by the police officers going forward.  A prime example of government trampling our rights yet again.

But I Killed Bin Laden!

Despite my inability to write regularly lately, I have continued to read along as best I can and to interject comments wherever I found the inclination. One of the things that I read repeatedly over the last few weeks was the notion that the 2012 election is already over. It isn’t a statement that exists in a vacuum here at SUFA. It can be found across the lame-stream media as well. The idea that because Bin Laden was executed on his watch, Barack Obama is unbeatable in 2012. This notion is not well founded, and is in fact ridiculous. The reality is that the only one who can get elected based on killing Bin Laden are members of SEAL Team 6 that went in to that compound and double-tapped that assclown in the cranium. Tonight I offer a short article on why I think that Bin Laden will hardly play into the decisions made by the people in November of 2012.

The Colonel has shared his insights and information on Texas border violence.  I don’t mean to stray into his territory except to note that when someone shoots at Texans, they tend to shoot back.  When an armed helicopter enters Texas airspace (1), their response is to have ready sixteen armed helicopters.(2)  Brings to mind the saying, “Don’t mess with Texas”.

Reality Check

Hello SUFA! I have found it hard to write articles here that we haven’t already discussed to infinity already. Your a tough crowd to please, and even tougher to convince when it comes to the real tough issues. But that’s what I do, the tough issues. I bring out what is known, documented and factual for all to see. Whether you choose to believe is your mistake, not mine. While I’m generally a fun loving guy, I know when to be serious and hit on the realities that I see, and bring them to you the best I can. I don’t believe everything I hear or read, but I do believe in what people are saying based on the information they are given. Recently, D13 wrote a great article on the Osama bin Laden mission. I believe every word from the good Colonel, his integrity is solid gold in my book. The government, not so much. But when we look back to the past……

The Making of a Raid-The Hunt for UBL

Much has been said about the raid that takes out UBL. Forget UBL and who he is for a little while and focus on the making of a raid. There are those that say Obama deserves the credit. There are some that say it only took 2.5 years to get him since Obama took office. There are some that ask, why did it take so long? Why could he not be found? Why does it take so many? A man on dialysis cannot be that hard to find and that makes Bush incompetent, some pontificate. UBL is dead and Obama did it, yell the lemmings. Nobody focuses on the raid, the preparation of the raid, the support involved in the raid, the exit strategy for the raid, and the people involved in the raid.

Guest Commentary – Truth’s Paladin

A great day for all of us today as we have a guest commentary offered by a writer who has not given us a guest commentary in the past. Black Order contacted me about doing this piece a few weeks ago. He had an idea about featuring a person who has had an impact in many ways on our government. After reading up on her, I was really excited about bringing her story to the readers at SUFA. I contacted her and we discussed the article posting. She has taken the time to come over to SUFA and read along a bit and was impressed with the discussions that come from our articles. She has agreed to do her best to stop by over the next two days and answer any questions and add to the discussion. So without any further intro madness from me, I am pleased to turn the floor over to Black Order who will introduce us to someone who deserves our support, and who I hope will one day have to change the tagline of her post to “Home of the Irate Majority“…

Consequences=Morality

Remember when we used to execute criminals in the public square?  We still have executions witnessed, but it’s from a separate viewing room, through a glass window, providing a level of separation, insulation.  Now we primary execute the most violent murderers.  Then we would hang every killer, rapist or horse thief, regardless of age.  If you were old enough to do the crime, you were old enough to pay the price.  The majority of the townspeople would gather to watch a young man die a horrible death.  I think the hood is a kindness to the people and to the criminal.

I saw a headline today about China accusing the USA of human rights violations.  I don’t know, didn’t bother to read any farther.  I was occupied with considering stepping between the esteemed Colonel and our original pirate, Black Flag.  With all the violence in the Middle East, the increasing attacks on Israel have failed to attract much media attention.
