Goldie, my mother was a veteran of WWII herself…and in the Marines as well. There aren’t very many folks that fit that mold…many thanks to you for your service to this country!
I agree with Goldie. People are awake but are either fearful or just don’t know where to start to end the corruption on Capital Hill.
I too am a veteran US Navy. I believe the New President should be impeached.
If he were successfully impeached, which can not happen in a Democrat controlled congress, we would be stuck with Biden for President with Pelosi as VP….A far worse situation. She would kill Biden then take her role as Queen of USSA. Seriously, we need control of Congress to deny a further liberalization of the Supreme court and to stop the runaway congress. However, we really need fiscal conservatives to take over NOW!!!!! If you want to impeach anyone, it should be the congressmen who are voting against the will of their people.

You are dead on the head of the nail on your statement. I do not believe impeaching BHO would accomplish anything except inciting a period of riots among the black communities in urban areas. Better to cut the “Feet off the beast” by getting rid of the radical liberals in congress. Not that this would ever happen, since the average American voter has such a short memory when they step into a voting booth. Question to all; has anyone noticed the parallels between what is happening today in the US and the events that took place in pre WWII germany in the 30′s? USWEAPON, any thoughts on your end?
I’m reading “The Rise And Fall Of The Third Reich”. Damn right there are parallels. And not just under the BHO administration. Very scary stuff. Check this out…Page 194 starting at the second paragraph…

In addition, the decree authorized the Reich government to take over complete power in the federal states when necessary and imposed the death sentance for a number of crimes, including “serious disturbances of the peace” by armed persons.
Thus with one stroke Hitler was able to not only to legally gag his opponents and arrest them at his will but, by making the trumped-up Communist threat “official,” as it were, to throw millions of the middle class and the peasantry into a frenzy of fear that unless they voted for National Socialism at the election a week hence, the Bolsheviks might take over.
Does that sound familiar? IMO it has a striking similarity to 911 and the patriot act.

At present about the only thing missing appears to be the “enemy class” vis a vi the Jews or non ayran’s of WWII Germany. (http://www.psywarrior.com/Goebbels.html) Even in post tsarist Russia the peasants had more individual freedom up until the installation of Stalin. We’ve(the USA)already taken a play out of the late 20′s & early 30′s (see Glass-Steagall act) with regards to what caused the collapse of the economy and why it took so long to recover from it. Pre-WWII Germany was also in a depression with unemployment at around 25% and massive inflation. There really is huge chasm between folks should know & the actual level of knowledge. The general ignorance of what is taking place has an awful lot to do the re-writers of history and what is being taught in the government schools.
Avedepreda…. very good. Sad to say that this “Mirror of the past” is being ignored by the media, who by all rights should be shouting it from the highest peaks. But then they are like the media in Pre WWII Germany. Controlled just as Goebbels controlled the media then. As far as lack of “The Enemy Class”, perhaps it is there.
