The Final Days of the Clinton Collapse

aw22There are four days left until election day 2016 and Hillary Clinton is facing some serious allegations and MORE may still be coming.  Could it turn out that Anthony’s wiener turns out to be the demise of the Clinton Crime Family?

  1. Is it too much to ask for an indictment?

    • Yes.

      • NO!

        • Oh, boo hoo.

“One part of my giant statist apparatis hasn’t targeted a potential dictator aggressively enough to to skew an election in support of the dictator I do like. I demand that the Big Government use its power to crush someone I don’t like so that I can instill an authoritarian of my choosing to rule instead. I believe in democracy so long as I get the result I want, and will happily deploy state-coercion to ensure that I do get the result I want. Just so long as the guy sitting at the top wears my color jersey.”

          Did I get that right?

          Cry me a river.

        • The Dread Pirate Mathius says:

Woops.. was logged into Mathius’ account.. Don’t tell him I know his password.

          Anyway, oh, boo hoo.

          • Yes, that’s exactly what your ilk think. So what’s your point?

            • “David Mamet had a famous saying, essentially: …‘in order for genuine liberals to continue their illogical belief systems they have to pretend not to know a lot of things’… By pretending ‘not to know’ there is no guilt, no actual connection to conscience, denial of truth allows easier trespass.”

  2. The Final Days of the Clinton Collapse

I was just reading this the other day..

In recent weeks, the mood at Trump Tower has veered between despair and denial—with a hint of resurgent glee when the news broke that the FBI was looking into more of Clinton’s emails. When I asked one senior Trump adviser to describe the scene inside, he responded: “Think of the bunker right before Hitler killed himself. Donald’s in denial. They’re all in denial.”

(Oct 29, so it’s already ancient history)

  3. Apparently, the Texas AG felt it appropriate to call Secretary Clinton a c–t (without the redactions) on Twitter.

CIGNA has now opted out of Obama Care expansion…..not taking on any new states in spite of 70% increase in their premiums……

More and more investors selling their medical stocks now….Wall Street becoming worried.

Now, I have some questions for those of you that support Nationalized Medicine…..If you were in charge..

    1) Would you support concierge medicine? (This is a simple yes or no)
    2) Would you support a tax revision in the code, to allow people who want to opt out of Medicare/Medicaid and pay their own way, a comparable reduction in their tax bill? (This is also a simple yes or no question)
    3) Do you agree with the current “penalty” provisions for not having medical coverage. (This is a simple yes or no question)
    4) Would you support a total deregulation in medical insurance allowing medical insurance companies to compete across state lines. (This is a simple yes or no question.)
    5) Would you agree to a change in the tax code to allow for dollar for dollar deductions for out of pocket medical expenses instead of the current percentage rules. (This is a simple yes or no question).

Now, I am aware that it is difficult for you lefties to answer a direct question….but please try. I know you are in the arena of greater good, but your yes or no answers will reveal this anyway.

    • Yes

    • Yes
Yes but would strengthen HSA so young people can save for old age
Yes, I am a strict believer in honesty in contracts. Any shenanigans by the insurance companies should be severely dealt with.
Yes, however, I would disallow cosmetic surgery unless to repair accident or birth disfigurement. Also would disallow sex change surgery.

I strongly support HSA accounts as a way to build a next egg for eventual use. Insurance should be for big ticket catastrophic coverage not routine maintenance.

I would also pick the low hanging fruit of tort reform but strengthen the ability to jerk the license of bad physicians.

  5. Dale A. Albrecht says:

Clinton may never be inaugurated but also will never be able to have a fair trial in an actual court of law. There is not a person in the US who does not have a strong opinion about her one way or another so can not be impartial. If they find somebody who has not heard anything for the past 30 years nor formed an opinion, they have no place on a jury anyway. They could not comprehend the law in anyway…..ah but then you have a right to trial by a jury of your peer’s…..just find 12 crooked lawyers which would be no problem.

A neighbor of ours out in CA was a classmate of Halderman in Law School. They were two peas out of the same pod. As bent as they come

    • you have a right to trial by a jury of your peer’s

That’s why I’m immune to US law. I can’t be tried by a jury of my peers because I have no peers.

I know the reason for the sound. Hillary (the evil lizard person) is summoning the rest of the lizard people from middle earth to attack humans when she loses the election. 😀

  7. Dale A. Albrecht says:

Here’s a weird thought… many ways I wish Hillary is elected. Justice in the end will prevail and she will be out. Second, when this economic credit bubble bursts then the Democrats will get the blame instead of the Republicans. A lot of crap will happen, but this time around I seriously doubt if Wall Street will be bailed out. They escaped but failed to learn a lesson on risky behavior with other peoples money, or just out and out fraud with Wells Fargo as a poster child.. The just moved into another phase and created several new bubbles that will blow, in the near future. With her total disregard for the rule of law for herself, family and friends the american people will eventually wake up and say enough. We will get extremely tired of the open border and one world government idea. America is exceptional and the Clintons have done everything they can along with Obama to destroy that notion and make the only thing exceptional about America is that we are not to be trusted in any way shape or form.

    • Dale, I am actually in agreement as much as it pains me…..Obamacare will crater, so will the credit bubble….wall street will take a huge hit. I do not foresee a 50% drop in values but I do foresee a 25% drop and 401(k)s will take a huge hit. Venture capital will dry up and hedge funds will simply disappear. I would rather that be an extension of the democrats and progressives….not the Republican party…..the current establishment stands a very good chance of being dead in four years and a new conservative party will be a Phoenix.

I can say this as I will be protected for the most part…I have enough cash on hand in the event of runs on banks and I have no debt. I have planned for this eventuality as I see no other way….I also predict a complete fall of the Central Banking system in Europe within two years and I do not care but those that are in it will care.

Getting back to health care in this country…these rises in premiums due to regulations will continue to rise….and, I fear, that more and more of the large insurers will get out of the market…there are only four left anyway. Doctors will go to totally private practice and will not take medicare/medicaid and we will see inferior doctors left. So, I think that it would be better for Clinton to win….In order for universal health care to work, the progressives will have to make all other forms of health care illegal. Clinton will also protect her side of it just like has already happened with special exceptions to Obamacare such as Federal workers, Congress and their aides and families. Her immediate supporters will get exemptions such as Nany Pelosi and her family and Dianne Feinstein, whose friends and employers have also received exemptions.

That said… may be right…….you just may be right.

  8. This classy piece is from our tolerant liberal occult. Truly IS a mental disease!

WARNING: This is not really classy, it’s actually trash from foul mouthed idiots that can’t even sing.

  9. This is true it has been verified by my private DC grapevine this PM. It is actually worse, there are other documents with reference to 5. 7 and 9 year old “entertainment”. Rick, re: your above stuff. Are you really surprised?

    • The satanic stuff has been in the CT circles for years. The young “entertainment” is not that surprising either. What does continue to surprise me is the culture of pretending not to know, like Anita mentioned above. It also surprises me that so many people find out the truth and just simply do not care. I just don’t understand. I guess my brain just doesn’t work that way….or is it my conscience?

  10. Dale A. Albrecht says:

I sure do hope that if, god forbid, Hillary gets elected, she gets a new wardrobe. A good designer could do wonders, The clothes she’s wearing, hiding those features, we all seem to get at that age are the most ugly clothes I’ve seen in ages. Even Mrs Bush sr dressed better and she was years older. Even Mammie Eisenhower and Bess Truman dressed better, though we hardly ever saw or heard them. I’d not even care if it’s a haut coiture designer from France. anything would be better.

What a scandal…Mrs Trump years ago as a young model actually worked 10 photo shoots and received $20K in the US before she had her permits to work in the US…..isn’t the dems calling that out a little like calling the kettle black. when their whole policy is open borders come one come all, we’ll not check your status nor background. Equate her coming in for a photo shoot and a businessman coming for a business meeting making deals….they do not require a visa totally hypocritical on the dems. If she later planned on settling in NY to work, then for sure she’d need a visa/green card..

As a consultant with no plan to stay beyond 6 months in the EU I had no need for a work visa. Subsequently the business wanted me to stay 2 years, working mostly out of Great Britain. Then I did need a work visa and a sign off by the Home Office in London, because I’d then be a resident and getting a place to live and paying taxes. Came home the weekend before 9/11 to start closing down in the US and kaboom, plans changed. No travel.

  11. Dale A. Albrecht says:

These are s series of jokes about politicians and congress from way the heck back by Will Rogers. We claim we are so advanced in this new age almost a century along…..what is the difference, may I ask?….I loved one that talks about the State of the Union Address, to Congress by the President. “The people know the state of the union, the president has to tell congress because they don’t have a clue.”

    • Dale A. Albrecht says:

If these ballots needed to be transposed as Snipes claims because they were damaged…how were they able to be read for transposition and be so damaged to not be used as is…..doesn’t add up, “pun intended”.

I hope the absentee military ballots make it in time for this election, as opposed to the last one and discounted for being late.

      • Supposedly they were faxed in and thus not machine readable. But if they can transpose them, why not just hand count them? Also if they are transposing, why only 2 piles. There should be 3, damaged ballot, blank ballot, and completed ballot w/damaged ballot paper clipped to it. Something smells of dead fish.

        • Dale A. Albrecht says:

No kidding….if these were damaged ballots, shouldn’t representatives from each party have been there overseeing the process?

I always thought that damaged ballots were suppose to be destroyed and not “interpreted” The though is that the damage will hit fairly evenly across candidates.making it statistically moot in the grand scheme of things.

  12. Dale A. Albrecht says:

I believe Obama feels it’s OK for illegals to vote, saying you won’t get in trouble. If that is true, then obviously if a State stops somebody and tries to prosecute, the Feds will defend them.

How is it so that the early balloting shows that the Hispanic vote will be a devestating rebuke to Trump? Just because many early voters are Hispanic, why is there the assumption that the vote supports Hillary. Many of the jobs a migrant has much less an illegal is at the bottom end of the job spectrum. Why would they want more competition for their jobs to come in? Skilled labor is a different category and not included. The hispanic contractors around here work at the same rate as anyone and in many cases with better quality.

Any candidate for office that espouses open borders without any process for legal entry actually hates the US, or any country they represent as an entity and has a desire for its demise. Does Mexico have open borders NO, Does China, NO, Does Japan, NO, Does Switzerland, NO, does India, NO, and nobody in their right mind would migrate to Africa, or the M/E even if they had unrestricted immigration.

No war on religion huh? These people have been feeding folks since at least The Great Depression but suddenly some bureaucrat “discovers” they say grace? Man, unless the Trumpster wins, are we ever toast!

    • Dale A. Albrecht says:

I have a question….usually a religion sets a standard of morality, even though they are different all over the world and religions. Usually the State picks up and incorporates those standards into the civil and criminal laws. They set a bar that one usually does not trespass beyond without some angst, be it a fear of God with having sinned or the State which is more immediate feedback….don’t give a fig, you’re amoral so no matter what anyone says you’re going to do what you please anyway. as with the Clinton’s.

If one eliminates the moral standards where is the bottom limit? We elect representaives that give cover by implementing civil laws lowering standards until there are none, much less those reps, more than likely ignore them yet enforce them upon those who are defenseless or have crossed them in some way.

To have a sound and sturdy house that will survive all misfortune, first you must have a solid foundation. The American foundation was the Constitution and the faith in God, which connotates a higher responsibility to the well being of the people. These two bedrocks of our society are being dismantled so fast it is shocking. I still keep being reminded about the Old Testement story of the “Tower of Babel” Is Nature God or visa versa. Either way man’s ego and lack of humility will as in the past be it’s downfall.

      • You have hit the nail on the head my friend. I have often used the Tower of Babel analogy. Then man built it to be like Gods. Today in a different form we do the same thing. The Bible, like Rod Serling’s “Twilight Zone” or Roddenberry’s “Star Trek” is a cautionary tale.

“We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal. That they are ENDOWED BY THEIR CREATOR with certain inalienable rights……..”

Now, my question is, once you take the Creator out of the equation, secular humanists notwithstanding, what do you have left………The Democratic Party, Statism, Communism, Socialism, National Socialism. It took several hundred years for the enlightenment to, with the help of ancient philosophy and Christianity, realize the value of the individual over the State. Say bye-bye!

        • Dale, SK, your friends and neighbors at local Correct Thinking Committee #666 request you to report on Nov. 8, 2016 to CTC Camp # ReEd333 by 0800. Failure to report will be considered a crime against the state.

          • Dale A. Albrecht says:

SK and I and also you will be deemed to old and not worth the expenditure to re-educate. Please step aboard this one way party van.

I always re-read “It can’t happen here” as a reminder that it can happen here. It has happened all throughout history to even the best of civilizations and societies.

            • Dale A. Albrecht says:

Please do not bring along any personal belongings, They will be collected and forwarded to your next destination.

As my friends said as they deperately escaped Austria in the 30’s. The only things that they could leave with would fit in a small box. That had to be mailed to their forwarding address…..needless to say….NOTHING reached France, but them and the clothes on their backs. Only to have to escape again when the Nazi’s went into France. Entry into the US was almost impossible, 1) because they were Germanic and 2) Jewish.

              • In the “Twilight Zone” episode with Burgess Meredith as a Librarian and Fritz Weaver as the Gruppensturmfuhrer, he was referred to as “obsolete”.

              • Dale A. Albrecht says:

Oh jeez……you still remember that episode. When Rod Serling wrote much of his stories/scripts and then think of the power of Woodward and Bernstein and their investigative reporting. They never quit and were right. The rule of law prevailed, the press did it’s constitutionally protected thing, Congress did also. and the nation survived. Today however just a few short decades later the press has abandoned it;s constitutionally protected right and sided with access. Congress has given in to the fear that if we no matter what the justification the next go around our guy will get impeached regardless, so nothing is done. Regardless of any court filing charges or conviction the FBI determined that Hillary and her staff broke so so many statutes, lied to congress and investigators, destroyed evidence after supoena. lied some more but yet they didn’t have any intent, a made up judgement on a very suscinct law that has NO weasel clauses.

The problem is….how are we going to incorporate States like Idaho, Montana etc into the States that reform the Confederacy and get rid of Florida of all those damn Yankees amd illegals that have migrated there. And not forgetting SK and his plot of land. Maybe it all should be like Delaware and boat registration. Even though the boat will never see Delaware in any shape form or manner it’ll never pay taxes where it actually is.

  14. El Jefe on illegals voting. This is not edited, I watched it. Either as dumb as a rock or as smart as a fox..

  15. Dale A. Albrecht says:

Why does the Clinton campaign and the Washpo, feel that Trump is like Silvio Berlusconi? The Clinton’s are a US version of Silvio, not Trump……1st off how many US people have even heard of Berlusconi, much less care.

  16. Comey just let Hillary off again.

    • Dale A. Albrecht says:

Well it was the same stuff they reviewed before that was illeglly and carelessly handled, so why now change? If this stuff was on Weiner’s and Huma’s shared laptop, my mind spins in wonderment. These violations have been so flagrant and in your face. As one of the FBI leakers said…..we do not want to know the full extent of the corruption.WHY NOT?

It’ll take one the trials of Hercules and his cleaning out the stables, to rid ourselves of this stinking mess. The sad thing though is that most people DO NOT care. They honestly do not like thinking and there is no stress by just doing what you’re told.

The people in the military do care because they are immediately at risk by the decisions and hypocrisy of the government.

      • If you remember and read back a couple of weeks ago, I predicted that this would happen….at the last minute he exonerates her once again…..and that just proves to me how much he is in the bag and has lost all credibility with me….The Justice Department is for sale and no one cares.,,,it is just another thing that the progressives want……and will get…no rule of law. States are entirely justified to rebel and not follow any law they deem not warranted to their own state. Come on and follow Texas…we have it right.

One other thing of interest…..we have caught, so far, 7,000 voter fradulent attempts….I wonder how many we have missed.

        • There is a SoCal movement for CA to secede from the union. This is different than the NorCal state of Jefferson movement. The SoCal movement is more associated with the socialists and La Raza crowd than with dissatisfaction with the federal government in general. It is more a push to break up the US than it is to succeed as an independent country.

          • Dale A. Albrecht says:

Without Silicon Valley SoCal will just be the ring on the toilet bowl. “Dust in the Wind” as the old Kansas song goes. All the major aerospace companies will move out, all the military will move out…what else is there but DEBT and a fantasy world of Hollywood which can film anywhere

            • Dale A. Albrecht says:

What if the US had decided to keep Mexico after the Mexican American War? How different would Mexico have turned out? We got what we wanted intitally coast to coast, but why did the Polk (democrat) administration decide to not keep it after conquest? They threw off the Spanish when it was an old and rotten empire, they threw off the French when Napoleon III took advantage of the Civil War….would they have gotten a foothold unlike the later conquests like during the Spanish American war…where business basically ruined any attempt of a state like relationship, but were treated like a colony akin to the British with us,

Mexico had anti-slavery laws after the spanish yoke was thrown off….If I am not mistaken but was not part of the texan rebellion about slavery? I may be wrong

        • Dale A. Albrecht says:

Just think how many there are in States that DO NOT care and guard against the non registered voter.

I still have to believe that she and Bill will get theirs. If not how can any investigation be not questioned by any law enforcement agency especially at the highest level. This is what the “freedom of the press” was for. When all else fails in congress and the courts. the press was the safeguard. then the other branches may catch up….one last gasp and hope for the nation…if justice does not prevail the Republic as envisioned is finished, The States might as well make their own way.

Crazy thought a reunification of Texas, New Mexico and Arizona with Mexico just might be the ticket. texas takes control and the rule of law takes precedence and the crime lords move elsewhere like CA. Between those 4 states and their natural resource wealth and workers can become a world economic powerhouse.

          • Dale A. Albrecht says:

When I vote on Tuesday, I’ll keep my eyes and ears open to see if there are any attempts of violating the NC voter id laws…..The city is small and the majority of the people are within walking distance of any polling and registration or id location. If not CARTS and community transit system is a phone call away…pickup and wait, and also vehicles with handicap assistance……mostly I see them parked in the lots awaiting a call….in other wors there is NO excuse of no transport and based on resources fees are sometimes waived and always negotiable (beforehand).

            • Interesting news yesterday, the dems went to a pet judge in Ohio who issued an injunction preventing poll watchers from, doing their job. They also went to a pet judge in NJ who surprisingly did not. Guess this is part of the “fix” too.

  17. Dale A. Albrecht says:

Had her maid print out stuff…..this is madness.

This all used to be red meat to the press…..actually where is Woodward? Honestly doing his job then….what about now? Of course he’s older and maybe he assumed that the new generation would carry the mantle because he felt he did his part 40 years ago…how sadly he’s mistaken. Only Julian Assange has the guts at the risk of his life has tried.

  18. Dale A. Albrecht says:

The Communist International, abbreviated as Comintern and also known as the Third International (1919–1943), was an international communist organization that advocated world communism. The International intended to fight “by all available means, including armed force, for the overthrow of the international bourgeoisie and for the creation of an international Soviet republic as a transition stage to the complete abolition of the State.

Was it dissolved…NO, just in words only for self preservation by Stalin in 1943. We are just seeing the morphed vision by the globalists.

  19. September 2, 2016
Mr. James Comey, Director Federal Bureau of Investigation
    J. Edgar Hoover Building
    935 Pennsylvania Avenue N.W
    Washington, D.C. 20535-0001

Sir, I am writing regarding your public statement in July, 2016 informing the American people
that the FBI investigation of Hillary Clinton was being closed without referring it to a Federal
Grand Jury or the Attorney General of the U. S. for a decision whether or not to indict her.
Strangely, you eloquently laid out enough of the evidence deduced from the investigation to
strongly indicate there was abundant evidence uncovered during the investigation and interview of her to not only indict but to convict her in Federal Court. However, you personally re-worded and soft-pedaled the actions she took as Secretary of State describing her actions as “extremely careless” in using a personal email and un-secured server for her communications while Secretary of State. You rewrote the statute, which is not your job.

As a retired Special Agent of the FBI, I have standing to write this letter. My thirty years in law enforcement, including 22 years as a Special Agent with the FBI have given me the knowledge, expertise and experience to question and confront you for your perplexing actions, which (as you well know) were outside the normal standard operating procedure of the FBI and Federal judicial procedures. Some of the finest people in the world proudly carry the credentials of FBI Agent and you have soiled them and not allowed them to speak. But I will not be silent.

Sorry, but NO SIR, MS Clinton was not merely careless or extremely careless. She was not even negligent or grossly negligent (as the statute requires). Hillary Clinton was knowingly purposeful in her decisions and actions to set up a server under her exclusive control and possession in order to control what information was available to the American public and Congress regarding her actions as Secretary of State. Furthermore, she took those government owned communications into her personal possession after leaving her position and knowingly and willingly attempted to destroy them so her nefarious actions could never be known or used as evidence of her corrupt moral character against her. Sir, what possessed you? Did you cave in to political pressure to unilaterally come to this decision? I fear that is the case, and Rule of Law be damned. I am embarrassed for and ashamed of you. You have set a precedent that can never be rectified and certainly not justified. Shame on you, Sir. You ought to resign right now in disgrace for what you have done to tarnish the reputation of the finest Law Enforcement Agency in the world. for entirely political reasons.

Normally, an investigation will be assigned to an agent, or team of agents with one being the
Case agent, or the lead investigator. When the investigation is complete, an investigative report will be presented to the U.S. Attorney for the Federal District involved. It would be the U.S. Attorney who decides whether to decline prosecution for that investigation. NOT the FBI agent. But in the Clinton investigation, YOU(unilaterally) decided not to forward the investigation to the U.S. Attorney or the Attorney General of the U.S. but, instead, personally made the decision not to prosecute her or even provide the information to a Federal Grand Jury. You were wrong to take this upon yourself. Sir, in order to indict a subject, only a preponderance of evidence , or 51% is needed for probable cause to exist. You did not think even that level of probability existed? Who do you think you are fooling? What judicial proceeding did you think you were following?

Throughout my years with the FBI, I (along with my fellow agents) took great pride in
conducting each investigation in an unbiased manner regardless of the subject’s position or
standing in the community. All were treated equally under the law. But you, Sir, decided to allow this corrupt, evil and nasty human being to go free and unchallenged for her treasonous actions (yes, treasonous, in my opinion) which threatened the security of this nation. Furthermore, you stopped short of investigating the Clinton Foundation as a RICO case (Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organization. This is a RICO case if there ever was one. Even an untrained person can tellfrom the communications which were recovered that Hillary Clinton spent more time working for the Clinton Foundation while Secretary of State than on State Business. It may be argued that Hillary did not do any State business UNLESS the Clinton Foundation benefitted. You decided to just let this uncomfortable truth alone without addressing it.

I will conclude with this: Following my retirement from the FBI, I volunteered for a 12 month tour of duty in Afghanistan as a Law Enforcement Professional, embedded with U.S. forces as a subject matter expert in counter-terrorism investigations. For most of that year I operated outside the wire patrolling with the troops, interviewing witnesses to IED incidents and gathering evidence on the bad guys. The results of my work would then be reported through secure channels to the Commanding Officer. All reports and communications were required to be transmitted via secure and encrypted devices. Occasionally my remote location in the mountains of Afghanistan made transmission impossible and I would have to fly back to Bagram Air Base in order to securely report to the Commander of the battle space. It would have been convenient if I could have just called the Commander on my personal cell phone or written him an email on my personal laptop. But, had I done so I would have been reporting classified information via an unsecured device and it could have been compromised. These were, relative to Secretary of State communications, low level classifications of Secret. Had I ever sent even one in such a manner I would have been prosecuted and sent to Federal Prison for 20 years or so. That is how serious this violation is considered.

Now, because of you, Hillary Clinton is allowed to continue her RICO activities and is running
for President of the United States, the most powerful position in the world. You have trampled on the Rule of Law and destroyed the trust of the American people in the FBI and in unbiased enforcement of the law. How do you sleep at night? It is time for you to go and work for the Clinton Foundation.

    Hugh W. Galyean
    (FBI Agent, Retired)

***I thought of any way that I could say anything better….nope. He said it all. And, as I predicted earlier which is present in the archives, I said that Comey at the last minute will say and do the same thing. He did and he is in the bag with the Clintons. No question about it. It is going to be interesting to see what the Dems say now…is he all of a sudden a good guy again? Anyway, as I said above, the rule of law is gone.

    • Yawn.

If they had something like that, they would have used it by now.

      • When you run a rogue unsecured server like HRC did, this is the kind of blackmail you make yourself vulnerable to.

      • Mathius…now, I think I know you pretty well……….do you think for a minute that the Attorney General is beyond reproach? Do you really, down deep in your Red Bull gut, feel that AG Lynch would actually bring a Federal Grand Jury?

I know you like to pull chains here……but seriously… you think for a minute that she would actually pull a Federal Grand Jury?

        • Mathius…now, I think I know you pretty well……….

You better. We’ve been going at it for just under 8 years now. Seriously. I joined this lunatic asylum soon after Obama was sworn in.

do you think for a minute that the Attorney General is beyond reproach?

I’m not clear what you’re asking about here, but to answer as best I can: No one (NOT ONE PERSON) in what I’m going to call High Stakes Politics* is beyond reproach.

I believe, absolutely, that Secretary Clinton has committed crimes** though I do not purport to know what they are***. I, likewise, believe that Donald Trump has committed crimes** though I do not purport to know what they are****. That said, I don’t believe that either of them will ever face a single day in court.

They are – one and all – terrible human beings who believe themselves to be above the law because, wait for it… they are.

Now, with that said, as I have repeatedly said before, I will be voting for Clinton against Trump. I am not thrilled with my options and would much rather have had Bernie (who, I’m sure, is also a criminal**), but that was not to be. I’m sure you would much rather have had Rand Paul / Paul Ryan / Marco Rubio / etc (who are all also criminals**). But it was not to be either. Such is life.

I have two choices in practical terms***** and, while I’m not enthusiastic about my options, I choose the one I determine to be the lesser of two evils, and will not lose any sleep over it.

*AG, senators, reps, cabinet members, chiefs of staff, governors, state senates, party chairmen, super delegates, federal judges, superior court judges, election commissioners, etc. It is possible (however unlikely) that there might be an honest man on a local zoning board somewhere.

**And not in the sense that you and I have committed crimes – that is, the over legislation of American society means that we’re all criminals for one supposed reason or another. No, I mean crimes in the intended sense of the word as in “she is a criminal and, in a perfect world, would be in jail.” And, before you take that out of context, finish the rest of the paragraph.

***Probably something to do with campaign finance laws or influence peddling. Not her emails.

****Probably something to do with tax evasion, illegal use of charity funds for personal benefit, or intent to defraud investors and/or employees and/or students.

*****Actually, I have none since I live in New York and my vote is exactly meaningless at the Presidential level.

          • Well, said………

            • But,I do need to set the record straight,,,,,I am not a Ryan, Rubio, nor Paul fan at all…..not at all….they are establishment. Power brokers. I wanted someone who is not part of the power broker Washington elite. I want someone who is NOT a politician…..I do not care how many “ladies” he pinched on the butt…just someone that is not Washington. I would have voted for you…because, despite your rantings and baiting….you can actually think. You are a little “off” but I really feel you are not as great a “greater good” as you purport to be….but that is ok….your camoflage is safe with me.

              • I want someone who is NOT a politician

                A) Now that he’s running for President, he’s a politician. He’s as scummy a politician as any other politician, lying incessantly and blatantly, promising things he knows damn well he can’t deliver, pandering, yada yada.

                B) Just because he’s not an elected political “power broker,” doesn’t mean he hasn’t been involved for decades. He’s a billionaire with business interests spanning timezones. He’s been playing the game in-and-out of the public eye for decades. You think his donations have been out of good will? You think he threw all those galas for fun? He was BUYING political power.

                C) Just because he’s been outside of “official” politics doesn’t make him clean. “pinching ladies on the butt” downplays what others (myself included) might call “criminal sexual assault,” but let’s ignore that for the moment. He has a long greasy track record of not paying his employees, borderline defrauding investors, bait-and-switch, plagiarism, vexatious litigation, and more. He might not have the ugly political track record, but he certainly has the ugly business track record – and if you don’t think that carries over, I don’t know what to tell you, brother.

All that’s to say this: just because he’s “not a politician” doesn’t make him automatically a better choice. High Business is just as tainted as High Politics.

Or, shorter: Business and politics are two sides of the same coin.

              • Dale A. Albrecht says:

Even in small town politics like we had in my village in VT. The board of selectmen were all tied in some way or another to building or real estate. They’d vote zoning issues then resign and then go build and sell what they just voted themselves the ability to do. It was a revolving door. Even the State colluded in approvals that normally might take years for impact surveys etc, some would go through in < 24 hours….it's nasty at all levels.

              • Agreed, Dale.

But I imagine that the law of large numbers suggests that – somewhere – there has to be one honest man or woman serving at the local level.

I don’t buy it at the state or federal level, but local? Come on.. there has to be one, right? Maybe he lives in a town of 50 people.

Actually, now that I think of it, there’s an unimpeachably honest mayor in Talkeetna, Alaska. Absolutely beyond reproach. So we know there’s at least one.

              • Dale A. Albrecht says:

We were to small to have a mayor. But the head selectman tried to be honest, but they had him buy the “N!!!s” on an unrelated issue.

We were big enough though to have an extremely crooked police chief that signaled an open door to Colombian drug dealers. Once we broke his rice bowl the dealers, with their little pony tails, bling and seriously expensive rides also disappeared and moved to another locale. My ex and I actually made the national news and Time Magazine, plus an offer of protection by the Feds…we tread on some serious toes. the biggest issue was the lawyers, courts and the press.

  20. 9 days after roiling campaign, FBI says it won’t seek charges against Clinton

Gee.. if only we had some way of knowing this would be much ado about nothing, and result in nothing except damaging her in the polls… Boy, Comey’s going to get creamed for this one when the history books are written.

    • If there is nothing there, why would it damage her in the polls? Seems like vindication would have her soaring in the polls. The reason there is nothing there is because the AG will not let anything be there. There was a whole lot more being talked about on the tarmac than grandkids and yoga.

Then there is the Clinton Foundation investigation still pending. I can’t wait for Trump to swear Rudy in. Then maybe we’ll get somewhere. If not, she better hope God will have mercy on her soul.

      • I can’t wait for Trump to swear Rudy in.

You’re going to be waiting a very, very long time..

        • A very long time.

          • Yep, America is gonna have to learn the hard way.

            • Actually, VH…..while we may not like it… might be a good thing. Let it hit rock bottom….I will assume that Clinton wins….the winds from the cess pool favor it……but let us assume a Clinton win…..She owns the next four years…..especially the next two years. I don’t think anyone knows what the Senate will do right now….it looks like a sqeaker Republican maintain by one vote…….so that means dead lock.

Healthcare will crater for sure…and amnesty will be given for sure. Those are Democratic platforms. It will prove Trump correct….Fed rates will rise, taxes will increase and the middle class will be decimated. These are all Democratic functions……perhaps……PERHAPS…..this will lead to a major revolt when it is time to redo the majority of the House and Senate in two years. PERHAPS…..some new players will get into the game….and the Clinton machine will not be able to help the Democrats in the midterms.

So, you are welcome in Texas…..plenty of land.

              • I might mention that there are several new players testing the waters in Texas. Three very conservative Hispanics among them. Ted Cruz is going to be toast. He blew it. I will be VERY active behind the throne on several candidates here. As I am very active now with the Texas Legislature……behind the scenes. I want no notoriety and I do not want to run for office. I do not want medals and I do not want accolades. I want a real country and not this we are about to get.

I even have DPM on my side… long as the wenches and grog hold out.

  21. As of this morning, Janet Reno is no longer with us.

Dead at 78 from complications due to Parkinson’s… or possibly a Clinton hit-job in order to stop her from revealing what she knows – the world may never know.

Having had some up-close experience with “complications due to Parkinson’s,” I am comfortable saying that, no matter how much anyone hated her, that is a shitty, shitty way to go. I imagine even our resident Colonel would agree.

    • Yes….he agrees and your resident Colonel also does not wish ill will on any candidate, Democrats included.

      Even DPM agrees.

      • Colonel also does not wish ill will on any candidate […] Even DPM agrees.

Don’t presume to speak for me. I wish them all badly stubbed toes.

        • This is not DPM speaking…..this is Mathius in drag…..there was no y’aaaarrrrgggh…….

          • Y’AAAAARRRRGGG!

And I wish them, also, a lifetime socks that got bunched up in their shoes. Not much, but just enough to be uncomfortable.

I wish them that feeling when you have to sneeze but lose it.

I wish them flimsy toilet paper.

I wish them typos mixing up “your” and “you’re” on important correspondence.

I wish them a lifetime of realizing the remote control is on the other side of the room.. right after they get comfortable in their chair.

I wish them clamshell packaging on everything they buy for the rest of their lives (including the scissors they buy to open the packaging.

I wish them a predisposition to hitting “reply all” by accident.

I wish them soft bread, and hard butter.

            I wish them a sticky space-bar.

I wish them to get stuck behind slow moving people in every hallway.

I wish them ever so slightly out-of-sync audio on everything they watch.

I wish them cell phone batteries that drain by noon. And that the charger is always misplaced.

I wish them to be surrounded by people who can’t shut up about their respective children.

I wish them urgent phone calls at the bottom of every 9th inning (or 4th & 10, repsectively).

I wish them marinara sauce that never sticks well to their pasta.

I wish them an itch that never quite goes away.

            I wish them unsatisfying yawns.

I wish them a dryer that eats one of ever pair of socks.

I wish them dry cleaners that lose their buttons and replace them with ones that don’t quite match.

I wish them a lifetime of never having exact change.

I wish them an uncontrollably loud sneezing fit during funerals.

I wish them eyelashes that are perpetually getting stuck in their eyes.

I wish them bathroom stalls whose doors leave an uncomfortably wide gap.

I wish them use of websites that load that extra little bit just as they click, so that it shifts down and they hit an ad instead of the link they were aiming for.

I wish them a medical condition whose only sympton is that they can no longer eat steak or bacon.

  22. Apparently dead people are voting… I stand corrected.

  23. I have read that the mass transit strike in Philadelphia may cause problems tomorrow. One pundit said it would “disenfranchise” the poor. Didn’t know poor and not being able to get off your ass and walk was one and the same, but a Liberal pundit seemed to think so.

I see a lot of overconfidence by the Left these days (Yes Mathius, you included). The two options aren’t appealing to a majority of people, from both sides of the isle. HRC don’t have the support we are led to believe, especially by blacks, many will likely just stay home. Prior to Obama in 08, I don’t recall such huge rally participants, until Trump has been blowing the participation numbers away. This is being underlooked by the media, to their detriment. The polls have been exposed as frauds on several occasions this campaign season, so I really don’t put any weight into them.

Based on rally participation alone, Trump supporters are excited in huge numbers, while HRC has to pay people to attend just to make a room look filled. I’ll also be SO GLAD when this election crap is over.

    • What you are missing, my friend is that it matters not the rallies…..Clinton had the electorate 70% sewed up before she decided to run…..there are no written rules on the electorate. In most States, they do NOT have to vote the way of the people.

  24. “We will no longer surrender this country or our people to the false song of globalism.
The nation state remains the true foundation for happiness and harmony.”

Preach it brother! Proud deplorable here. If nothing else, the guy has worked his ass off for the job.

  25. You want a good example of what to expect from Clinton? This one percent that everyone is clamoring about?

Take a good look at the stock market today….on the news that Comey was not going to do anything……analyze it. Who got hurt today? Not the one percent ! Who is making boat loads of money today….the 1%. Who is getting hammered today…..middle class and the poor. There is the epitaph.

    • I need you to clarify what you mean by that. How are the middle class and poor getting “hammered” today?

      • What a loaded question….I should have issue a caveat (***)….so hammered ****

**** not to mean alcohol or drug related but in the onctext of making money.

  26. By the way…thank you Comey….I am making money.

  27. Clinton News Network totally busted, as is the Washington Post.

  28. ikileaks latest release of John Podesta emails reveals that Clinton Foundation head Doug Band said that Chelsea Clinton used Clinton Foundation funds for “her wedding” and to fund her “life for a decade.”

Bill Clinton’s long-time top aide wrote the January 4, 2012, email to John Podesta and two other Clinton aides in response to news he received that Chelsea had told “one of the [President] bush 43 kids” about “an internal investigation of money within the foundation.”

“Not smart,” Band wrote before highlighting the fact that Chelsea herself had used Clinton Foundation funds to furnish her lavish lifestyle and pay for her wedding (or at least offset the cost of it), estimated to have cost at least $3 million.

“The investigation into her getting paid for campaigning, using foundation resources for her wedding and life for a decade, taxes on money from her parents,” wrote Band of Chelsea.

“I hope that you will speak to her and end this[.] Once we go down this road,” Band wrote. The email is linked to above and the text is transcribed in red below: To: CC:, Date: 2012-01-04 21:45 Subject: Re:

While Democrats are currently reveling in the fact that FBI Director James Comey cleared Hillary yet again in his latest probe into her mishandling of classified information, they shouldn’t get too excited. The Clinton Foundation is still under investigation and some experts believe it holds the key to bringing the Clintons to justice. After all, ensuring the Clinton Foundation pay-to-play machinery kept purring is the very reason Hillary Clinton needed a private server in the first place.

  29. Obamacare………interesting. I just saw the new numbers on the government’s poverty level for subsidies that now includes seniors on medicare over 65 yoa.

$47,520 if the new poverty level for an individual in 2017. This is the threshhold to receive APTC subsidies. ( Advanced Premium Tax Subsidies ).

So…..this means that all I have to do is lower my income to $47,520…..and I qualify for subsidies. That is easy to do…..most people, in business and investing, can lower their income to wherever they want it. And since the new rules operate off net income…..hell, how easy is that.

The new silver plan premium for 30-year old: $364.91
The new silver plan premium for 40-year old: $410.73
The new silver plan premium for 50-year old: $574.10
The new silver plan premium for 60-year old: $872.01
The new silver plan premium for 65-year old: $1,024.14

Hmmmmmm…….seems that there is a new disenfranchised now. Now if you are over 65 and on medicare, your new premium is going to be……drum roll please…….capped at 300 percent more than the 30 year old. $354.91…..or $1,064.73 WITH a 20% deductible. This figures out to most seniors spending 22% of their income on medicare health insurance not counting co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance.

Now, tell me again how good this is? However, the good Colonel will find a way to reduce his income to the individual poverty level and grab the APTS subsidy. Also, the rules allow married couples to receive their own individual medicare coverage and that the poverty level can be applied to each individual. All you have to do is file married but separate and BOTH qualify for the subsidies. So, that means, I can now pay the spousal unit a salary to the Federal Poverty Level and we both can get APTS subsidies. Shelter all other income in tax free off shore accounts….take loans against your own money…..voila.

Thank you Democrats…..what a great country. (sarc intended).

  30. Thoughts on voter fraud. It exists and the Liberal Left want it to continue to exist. They wouldn’t spend millions of dollars fighting voter ID if they didn’t. The “Racist” argument is pure bullshit and they know it. How do I claim this? Because if requiring one to have an ID to vote is racist, then requiring a person to have an ID to purchase a gun is also racist. Both are Constitutionally protected Rights, therefore , the “disenfranchised” and “racism” arguments are equal to both.

Did Barack Obama just encourage illegal aliens to vote on Election Day, promising no repercussions if they do?

A videotaped interview with the president has some saying yes, sparking outrage among at least one major media figure and commenters on Twitter.

In an interview with the Latin-oriented YouTube channel mitu, millennial actress Gina Rodriguez asked Obama:

“Many of the millennials, Dreamers, undocumented citizens – and I call them citizens because the contribute to this country – are fearful of voting. So if I vote, will Immigration know where I live? Will they come for my family and deport us?”

Obama responded: “Not true, and the reason is, first of all, when you vote, you are a citizen yourself. And there is not a situation where the voting rolls somehow are transferred over and people start investigating, etc. The sanctity of the vote is strictly confidential.”

I can post video if needed 😦

  31. Dale A. Albrecht says:

I was talking to a Trump supporter today. His wife works at the polling stations. He said that the Democrats are picking up van loads of people from the “projects” here in town. OK, not bad, get them there with no excuse. Here was the kicker though…..

They are being handed palm cards instructing them who to vote for on all levels of the ballot. And obviously the instructions are to not fill in the “R” bubbles, but those with a “D” .

  32. The illustrious LA Times is calling is Clinton 352, Trump 186.

    I’m calling it bullshit.

  33. Well my mind is changed. I guess I’ll be voting for The Donald now..

“It is a mortal sin to vote Democrat … immediately after death the souls of those who die in a state of mortal sin descend into hell,” the flyer said. It cited the five public policy issues from the “Voters Guide for Serious Catholics” and said that Democrats violate each of them, while Republicans cross none.

Oh wait.. nevermind, I don’t believe in hell.. unless I’m already dead and this election is my eternal punishment for a lifetime of sins… that would actually explain a few things…

    Anyway, woops..

Lawyers who study churches and other nonprofit organizations said the statements violate regulations that prevent tax-exempt groups from speaking in support or against political candidates.

Not that there will be any ramifications whatsoever, but boy would I love to see this parish lose its tax-exempt status. (actually, now that I mention it, I’d like to see all churches/synagogues/etc lose their tax exempt statuses.. but I digress). Of course, that’s not going to happen – rules don’t actually apply to churches in America.

That said, and to be fair:

The diocese said the flier was not authorized by the parish, but it was somehow inserted into the Oct. 16 bulletin.

“For all I know someone thought that they were doing a service,” by putting it into the bulletin, Eckery said. “The pastor said it was not something he had reviewed or approved.”

    Uh huh. Sure.

  34. Mathius……you are voting for a scummy politician, I am voting for a scummy businessman….therein lies the difference…………not.

However, I want a person in the white house that scares the bejeezus out of the world……I do not want someone in the white houes that the world has figured out.

    • you are voting for a scummy politician, I am voting for a scummy businessman….therein lies the difference…………not.

However, I want a person in the white house that scares the bejeezus out of the world……

      I do not.

Whatever happened to walk softly and carry a big stick?

I feel Clinton is way, way, way, too hawkish for my tastes. She’s (almost certainly) going to wind up smacking a lot of people around with that big stick.

I don’t see what’s to be gained by waiving it around and bragging about big your *ahem* stick is.

When did “unhinged” become a positive attribute in the most powerful person in the world?

But, regardless, scaring people is not an inducement to peace. Surely you have to know that. Maybe this is a fundamental disagreement between us.. You do have more experience in this area, so I’ll welcome your reasoned arguments as to why it’s better to have a lunatic in office who scares the crap out of everyone rather than a calm(er) more, but still hawkish individual.

I do not want someone in the white houes that the world has figured out.

I’m not sure either of them are so simple that they’ve been figured out. They’re both putting on a show. It’s theater. Who are they really? I have no idea.

But if she’s more of a “known quantity,” I’d prefer that to bag of crazy that is Trump. Par for the course, or “more of the same,” is preferable to a flailing lurch into the unknown.

(plus, do you really want to live in a world wherein Trump has gold-plated the White House?)

      • Well, we do have a fundamental difference in that you believe that the world can live in peace. I do not and history has proven me correct so far. There are always big assed bullies out there as there are right now, the USA excluded.

I want world leaders to wonder……will he? Won’t he?…….you and I do not share the same belief in Clinton…..she is not hawkish. She already has proven that. No one has stopped China….she will not. No one has stopped Russia…she will not…..hell she sold our damned Uranium to them. This is what I am calling should be hawkish……She might pick on a small country…but what the hell, Obama started a new war anyway….now there are three.

For example, I do not see her changing the policies of Obama at all…..I will guarantee you, as much as I can give a guarantee on an untested person…..I believe that if Trump were in office, the Iranian patrol boats quit testing us. I believe that the Russian interceptors will quit testing us….I believe that the expansion into the South China Sea will stop. Why? Because he is an unknown……..and then if they do test us…send ’em in flames. Do not go to the friggin diplomatic table…..that accomplishes nothing. Send them in flames once….they stop…they will not retaliate. If Clinton sends them in flames, they will respond in kind. Why? Because she has no bottom.***

I believe in the Sean Connery mantra in the Untouchables. IF they pull a knife, you pull a gun, if they pull a gun, you send them to the morgue.

*** Western slang for no stamina or forthrightness… reflection upon dorsal extremities.

      • Those who desire peace should be prepared for war.

The theory being that nobody attacks someone who is too strong. MAD worked exactly because it was ASSURED. The day that someone thinks they can hold a “limited” nuclear war with another nuclear power is the day the world ends. Nuke use was proposed both in Korea and Indo-China to seal the borders. It never happened because of the specter alone. To saber rattle at Russia is just NUTS. To even dream of first strike is nuts. Hillary Clinton is nuts.

  35. Ah haha hahaha aah.. I love it!

“Scottie Nell Hughes Called Molotov Cocktail A ‘Mazel Tov Cocktail’ On CNN”

Ok, obviously it’s a brain-fart due to sleep deprivation.. but that is just hysterical.

Oh, and apparently, the walking bag of wind Scott Walker made the inverse error a few years back. Fantastic. This actually tops Michele Bachmann’s “Chutzpah.” (barely)

    Oh, I needed this today…

  36. Canine Weapon says:

Having trouble making up your mind who to vote for tomorrow? Well, I’m here to help!

  38. Interview with McMullin.. Obviously he’s not a plausible option, but I have to say he presents well.

Yes, it’s a HuffPo link. Deal with it.

  39. Just A Citizen says:

Anita wins the best post of the week since I left:

““David Mamet had a famous saying, essentially: …‘in order for genuine liberals to continue their illogical belief systems they have to pretend not to know a lot of things’… By pretending ‘not to know’ there is no guilt, no actual connection to conscience, denial of truth allows easier trespass.”

Now let me share some very frustrating information along these lines. Examples from my “best” friends of decades.

One told me back in August that there was no way in hell he would vote for Clinton. Like me, he remembers what the Clinton years were actually like and Mrs. Clinton’s role since then. We had several heart felt discussions about the choices. He agreed his best options were either no vote or voting for Johnson. The other day he admitted that he voted absentee for Clinton a couple weeks back. He was regretting his decision and wished he could take it back. The point being, he voted for Clinton despite his absolute disgust for her.

Another usually goes on and on about Govt. ineptness and corruption. He agreed with me weeks ago that Clinton has VIOLATED the PUBLIC TRUST, while Trump has not. That Clinton represents absolutely EVERYTHING he hates about Govt. So how did he vote the other day, mail in ballots again? He voted FOR Clinton and AGAINST every single incumbent on the ballot. Got that? AGAINST every single incumbent because we “need to clean house”, then he voted for Clinton.

Another, voted Clinton because SHE is a SHE and the smartest WOMAN running. Every point I made showing Clinton to not be very smart nor even experienced, or showing that my friend would not vote for a man with similar behaviors went dismissed with, “it is just time we had a woman president”.

Another, voted Clinton because she always votes for Democrats because she is a Teacher and thinks Teachers are being screwed by the Republicans. She is constantly complaining about the status of school funding, etc. etc.. She lives in a State that has been run by Democrats for most of the last 50 years.

Now on the other hand one of them who stated she would absolutely never vote Clinton and could not stand Trump and was thinking about writing in Sanders, voted for Trump. Given all the garbage to sort through her vote came down to Trump’s stated opposition to late term abortion, while Clinton openly supported it. I did not see that one coming at all.

For those who think signs mean something, during my trip through Montana to Salmon, Idaho and back I saw exactly TWO Trump/Pence signs and ZERO Clinton signs. I saw hundreds of signs for State and local candidates. Oh, the two Trump signs were in Idaho. I saw Zero signs for either person in Montana.

JAC….I only am passing on what I have read in the past. The people who vote democratic, as a group give less than those “greedy” conservative republicans to charity. The excuse was well I paid my taxes. Obviously letting it up to someone else to deal with it than personally allocating where your charity goes.

Like Trump said a long time ago when the congress and administration was debating about eliminating charitable contributions as a tax deduction. “Who is going to handle the emergency aid, food shelters, etc?” It sure as heck will not be the government. I’ll toss in the Red Cross, think the government can do better? Congress give those deductions specifically so people give funds directly to those organizations streamline to handle those situations and then the Government does not have to think about it.

You are voting FOR Clinton. Stop deluding yourself. Just like my friends, you provide a list of criteria then vote FOR the person who does not fit your list.

And yes, I am voting FOR Trump. My vote for him is because I would rather suffer his inexperience than reward someone who has violated the public trust, not to mention out right broken the law.
