Look At That

The district attorney said it determined that the police officer who fired the deadly shot during a Sept. 20 confrontation in Charlotte, NC, acted lawfully.

    Let the riots begin.

    • Murder is legal in Camp North Carolina if done by police.

      • Just A Citizen says:

If it is legal then by definition it is not murder. Having trouble mixing concepts I see.

        • Or you’re living in a false reality where magic special words, ceremonies and paper give some people the right to murder others.

          • Just A Citizen says:

Murder is defined by LAW. Whether written or not. Thus the law defines what is murder.

Your version of law has not bearing on where I live and our version of law. And that is the nature of humanity, like it or not.

            • Law is irrelevant and illegitimate. It isn’t even real. It is simply a prescribed false reality on parchment and paper with attached ceremonial bullshit. Legalizing state murder is a convenient solution for the state and it’s use of force.

Like everything else in the real world, murder is murder whether the law exists or not. And murder is the offensive malicious killing of a human being, regardless of who is doing it, regardless of any bullshit on paper, magic special words or funny clothes.

              • Just A Citizen says:

So now you claim concepts are not real, even if written on paper you can touch and feel.

Even if those concepts govern your life, like your own non aggression policy. That being a concept without substance.

              • Paper is real. It isn’t an instrument of god. You act as if writing it on paper changes reality, as if it isn’t violence just because the paper says so.

Then you frame your whole perception around a false interpretation and come up with nonsense like the above.

If The Black Panthers or ISIS said magic special words at church and wrote on paper that your wife and daughter are to serve a 3 year term of community service on their genital satisfaction team, would you rationalize that it is not rape because the paper defines it as community service?

Of course not, but hunting and killing nonviolent people isn’t murder because the paper said reality isn’t.

    • Rioting obviously isn’t working, as the states still murders black people.

Maybe they should ramp it up and start executing wide spread coordinated truck-bombings on police stations. …or flash mob and burn them.

Ambush tactics work well too. There are all sorts of ways to work that one, especially when they will come to you upon demand.

Charlotte is bracing for a repeat of the riots that rocked the city back in September after it was announced that the officer involved in the Keith Scott shooting would not face charges.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police officer Brentley Vinson shot 43-year-old Scott when he refused to drop a gun during an incident on September 20. The shooting prompted two nights of rioting during which National Guard troops were deployed to the city.

After Vinson’s attorney announced that he would not face charges and that Vinson had “acted lawfully” in using deadly force, Charlotte Uprising, a coalition of protest groups, immediately revealed plans to mass outside Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police headquarters at 6:35pm this evening.

      • “Charlotte Uprising, a coalition of protest groups, immediately revealed plans to mass outside Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police headquarters at 6:35pm this evening.”

A flash mob armed with rocks, road flares and/or torches and fuel containers, can completely annihilate a pig-gang station in a short period of time.

Use rocks to first bust the windows thus allowing entry of flares torches and fuel, as well as open up ventilation to feed the fire. Then scatter in all directions.

Properly executed, this can be done in mere minutes.

        • Just A Citizen says:

          Emphasis on the word “executed”.

          Dead protesters lying everywhere.

          • Start with the exits. Trap them in. It may also be a good idea to have a few armed people guarding them. There may be casualties on both sides, but I think the defending flash mob would win.

All they really have to do is act quickly with the element of surprise. The place would be burning before the pigs could respond.

Anyone else remember when Pelosi told us that infrastructure spending would increase jobs and economic activity by 7 times? Now it turns out the expansion factor is actually 2 and that only applies to bad economic times. It drops when times are good, like now.

This ladies and gentlemen is a prime example of the flawed economic theories that run this country. If you doubt this just ask yourself this question. How much new wealth was created by spending that $5?

How about a little chill up your spine?

A Harvard lecturer says liberal democracy maybe at risk all over the world – including in the United States.

“[W]hat we’ve found over the last 15 – 20 years is that it no longer looks like democracy is the only game in town in the way it once was, that a lot of citizens of democratic countries are less satisfied with democracy, they think it’s less important to live in a democracy,” Yascha Mounk told CBSN’s Josh Elliott on Wednesday. “They’re more open to…alternatives to democracy, including extreme ones, like military rule.”

In Tuesday’s New York Times, Mounk shared some the startling results of his research into feelings toward democracy, including that 1 in 6 Americans now say that military rule would be a “good” or “very good” thing. In 1995, that number was 1 in 16.

Young people, in particular, seem increasingly open to alternatives to democracy, with only 19 percent of Millennial Americans saying a military rule would be illegitimate. These trends are also taking hold in Europe, where 36 percent of Millennials says a military takeover would be illegitimate, versus 53 percent of older Europeans.

“[Millennials] don’t have experience with fighting against communism, against fascism, so they don’t say that it’s important to them,” Mounk said on CBSN, offering one explanation of why younger people are less enthused about democracy.

Mounk and co-author Roberto Stefan Foa’s full findings will be published in January’s edition of the Journal of Democracy.

    • What liberty movement?

      • Just A Citizen says:

You missed it while chasing ghosts!

        • You have to know what liberty is before having a movement.

          Again, what liberty movement?

          • Just A Citizen says:

            From THE WIKI

Liberty, in philosophy, involves free will as contrasted with determinism.[1] In politics, liberty consists of the social and political freedoms to which all community members are entitled.[2] In theology, liberty is freedom from the bondage of sin.[3] Generally, liberty is distinctly differentiated from freedom in that freedom is primarily, if not exclusively, the ability to do as one wills and what one has the power to do; whereas liberty concerns the absence of arbitrary restraints and takes into account the rights of all involved. As such, the exercise of liberty is subject to capability and limited by the rights of others.[4]

Philosophers from earliest times have considered the question of liberty. Roman Emperor Marcus Aurelius (121–180 AD) wrote of “a polity in which there is the same law for all, a polity administered with regard to equal rights and equal freedom of speech, and the idea of a kingly government which respects most of all the freedom of the governed.”[5] According to Thomas Hobbes (1588-1679), “a free man is he that in those things which by his strength and wit he is able to do is not hindered to do what he hath the will to do” (Leviathan, Part 2, Ch. XXI).

John Locke (1632–1704) rejected that definition of liberty. While not specifically mentioning Hobbes, he attacks Sir Robert Filmer who had the same definition. According to Locke:

“In the state of nature, liberty consists of being free from any superior power on Earth. People are not under the will or lawmaking authority of others but have only the law of nature for their rule. In political society, liberty consists of being under no other lawmaking power except that established by consent in the commonwealth. People are free from the dominion of any will or legal restraint apart from that enacted by their own constituted lawmaking power according to the trust put in it. Thus, freedom is not as Sir Robert Filmer defines it: ‘A liberty for everyone to do what he likes, to live as he pleases, and not to be tied by any laws.’ Freedom is constrained by laws in both the state of nature and political society. Freedom of nature is to be under no other restraint but the law of nature. Freedom of people under government is to be under no restraint apart from standing rules to live by that are common to everyone in the society and made by the lawmaking power established in it. Persons have a right or liberty to (1) follow their own will in all things that the law has not prohibited and (2) not be subject to the inconstant, uncertain, unknown, and arbitrary wills of others.”[6]

            John Stuart Mill.
John Stuart Mill (1806–1873), in his work, On Liberty, was the first to recognize the difference between liberty as the freedom to act and liberty as the absence of coercion.[7] In his book Two Concepts of Liberty, Isaiah Berlin formally framed the differences between these two perspectives as the distinction between two opposite concepts of liberty: positive liberty and negative liberty. The latter designates a negative condition in which an individual is protected from tyranny and the arbitrary exercise of authority, while the former refers to the liberty that comes from self-mastery, the freedom from inner compulsions such as weakness and fear.

The modern concept of political liberty has its origins in the Greek concepts of freedom and slavery.[8] To be free, to the Greeks, was to not have a master, to be independent from a master (to live like one likes).[9] That was the original Greek concept of freedom. It is closely linked with the concept of democracy, as Aristotle put it:

“This, then, is one note of liberty which all democrats affirm to be the principle of their state. Another is that a man should live as he likes. This, they say, is the privilege of a freeman, since, on the other hand, not to live as a man likes is the mark of a slave. This is the second characteristic of democracy, whence has arisen the claim of men to be ruled by none, if possible, or, if this is impossible, to rule and be ruled in turns; and so it contributes to the freedom based upon equality.”[10]

This applied only to free men. In Athens, for instance, women could not vote or hold office and were legally and socially dependent on a male relative.[11]

The populations of the Persian Empire enjoyed some degree of freedom. Citizens of all religions and ethnic groups were given the same rights and had the same freedom of religion, women had the same rights as men, and slavery was abolished (550 BC). All the palaces of the kings of Persia were built by paid workers in an era when slaves typically did such work.[12]

In the Buddhist Maurya Empire of ancient India, citizens of all religions and ethnic groups had some rights to freedom, tolerance, and equality. The need for tolerance on an egalitarian basis can be found in the Edicts of Ashoka the Great, which emphasize the importance of tolerance in public policy by the government. The slaughter or capture of prisoners of war also appears to have been condemned by Ashoka.[13] Slavery also appears to have been non-existent in the Maurya Empire.[14] However, according to Hermann Kulke and Dietmar Rothermund, “Ashoka’s orders seem to have been resisted right from the beginning.”[15]

Roman law also embraced certain limited forms of liberty, even under the rule of the Roman Emperors. However, these liberties were accorded only to Roman citizens. Many of the liberties enjoyed under Roman law endured through the Middle Ages, but were enjoyed solely by the nobility, rarely by the common man.[citation needed] The idea of inalienable and universal liberties had to wait until the Age of Enlightenment.

            Social contract

Eugène Delacroix – Liberty Leading the People (La liberté guidant le people) (1830)

In French Liberty. British Slavery (1792), James Gillray caricatured French “liberty” as the opportunity to starve and British “slavery” as bloated complaints about taxation.
The social contract theory, most influentially formulated by Hobbes, John Locke and Rousseau (though first suggested by Plato in The Republic), was among the first to provide a political classification of rights, in particular through the notion of sovereignty and of natural rights. The thinkers of the Enlightenment reasoned that law governed both heavenly and human affairs, and that law gave the king his power, rather than the king’s power giving force to law. This conception of law would find its culmination in the ideas of Montesquieu. The conception of law as a relationship between individuals, rather than families, came to the fore, and with it the increasing focus on individual liberty as a fundamental reality, given by “Nature and Nature’s God,” which, in the ideal state, would be as universal as possible.

In On Liberty, John Stuart Mill sought to define the “…nature and limits of the power which can be legitimately exercised by society over the individual,” and as such, he describes an inherent and continuous antagonism between liberty and authority and thus, the prevailing question becomes “how to make the fitting adjustment between individual independence and social control”.[4]

            • Liberty is simply respecting rights. It really is that simple. At the core of it is the principle function of basic human respect.

Rights are subsequent of human existence and includes anything nonviolent. That is to say that you have a right to be a real natural nonviolent human.

That is your core premise of what Libertarianism is about. ..you know, ..Live and Let Live. It is about simply respecting peaceful human existence.

              It’s not complicated.

              • Just A Citizen says:

“Paper is real. It isn’t an instrument of god.” Calls for speculation.

” You act as if writing it on paper changes reality,” FALSE. I argue that words, and ideas, whether written or spoken are REAL. And they convey REAL concepts and they have REAL implications.

“as if it isn’t violence just because the paper says so.” FALSE. Violence is violence, however the question was “murder”. One is universal regardless of our rules the other is dependent upon the rules, LAW, which humans conceived.

“Then you frame your whole perception around a false interpretation and come up with nonsense like the above.” Empty accusation. Who are you to declare any particular interpretation as “false”?

“If The Black Panthers or ISIS said magic special words at church and wrote on paper that your wife and daughter are to serve a 3 year term of community service on their genital satisfaction team, would you rationalize that it is not rape because the paper defines it as community service?” No more than rationalizing or accepting your dictates. But we are not talking about small groups are we. We are talking about a large Nation/Society which has devised certain LAWS governing how we live our lives. Just because you disagree does not negate that the LAW is REAL and it has REAL implications to those who break it.

Oh, and REAL humans devised these laws over thousands of years of prior laws.

“Of course not, but hunting and killing nonviolent people isn’t murder because the paper said reality isn’t.” Only in your strange little world does such a thing exist. There is no such paper or words on paper in the REAL world of the USA.

But, and this is important to grasp, if humans did devise such laws they would still be laws and those laws would in fact determine what humans considered as murder. Those conceptions could be destructive to human existence but they would still be real. Just not moral by generally accepted rational exploration.

        • The closest thing to a liberty movement happening in the USA is the black people wrecking things and targeting pigs.

…while all the faux libertarians continue to demand more serfdom.

The real libertarians are taking the futile zero aggression intellectual approach to the masses of selfish stupid people by trying to enlighten them to a better way. …while most continue to prefer the bash them over the head method.

I have come to the conclusion that most people are too selfish or stupid for us to have freedom and liberty, peaceful coexistence, and that any chance of an efficient viable solution will require the genocide of billions.

Mathius’ first law applies, and you can’t fix stupid. You just have to kill them all.

          • gmanfortruth says:

So WHO gets to decide who is stupid?

            • I don’t know or care too much. It’s not my world. I do this mostly for entertainment.

Billions of people continuously and eagerly demand their and everyone’s violation and enslavement beyond reason. What do you suggest?

              • gmanfortruth says:

Nothing. Watch the human race self destruct ………or………come to their senses. The latter would require a major world war, you know, the war to end all wars……..oops, already had that. 🙂

              • It won’t self destruct. It is a cage that will continue to be reinforced until your progeny need an expensive license to poop.

Unless it was complete annihilation, a world war would likely result in a violent winner and proliferation of it’s violent system and perpetuation of serfdom, etc.

It calls for objective extermination. Kill everything. If there is anything left, wait to see what it does. If it starts to rebuild a violent system, kill it too.

  10. @ JAC

What is the difference between killing something and murdering it? Killing can be done for a number of reasons, some of which are rightful and just, like for defense or self preservation. It can also be done accidentally or by freak occurrence or circumstance. But murder is offensive intentional and malicious, pure violence.

You can call it flowers or parachuting or Waffle House, use a foreign language or mathematical coding or symbols or colors, etc. to identify the action, but it is still the same offensive intentional malicious act.

Government defines it as community service but it is still be the same offensive intentional malicious act.

You see, JAC, reality is. It is what it is. It’s not something else. It is what it is. It simply is. Even if you want it to be something else, or if you use different words to describe it, it is still what it is.

For example; Light travels at the speed it does because that’s what reality and the laws of physics say it does. No matter what words we use to describe it, or what system we use to measure or understand it, it is what it is.

You can even make up different or new words and concepts to change the way it functions in the universe, and it will still do what it does because that is what reality says it does. That is because it is, and not what it isn’t, whatever words or paper you care to use.

You can write it onto paper or stone or your forehead or whatever you like, and use whatever words or language or codes or what have you, and it will still be what it is because that is what reality says it is.

  11. How did the universe get here? What was here before that? How did it get here? And before that? Where or what, when, how did it all begin? What is it all based on?

I don’t know, and neither do you. But we call it god for lack of a definitive explanation.

Whatever the origin premise or initiation of all things is, is “God”, whatever it may be. And whatever it may be, reality as we know it is the tangible proof thereof. Everything is proof of “God”.

God defines reality by simply making it so. We deal with it. That’s the way it works. That is reality we were ‘given’.

Light is light. At least that is the word/symbols we use to communicate it’s existence. Regardless, it is what it is because that’s what god said it is. We deal with it. That’s the way it works.

Gravity is the same way. It is and does what it does because god and reality says it is gravity and that it will be and do what gravity does, and not what gravity isn’t or could or should or what we want it to be. It is simply what it is.

Magnetism. Well, that works like light and gravity in that it also is what it is because god and reality and nature say that it is what it is and will be and do what it is and not what it isn’t or could or should or would be or what we want it to be.

And it isn’t all about physics either. Everything works like that in the real universe. Everything is what it is because god and reality and nature say that it is what it is and will be and do what it is and not what it isn’t or could or should or would be or what we want it to be. That’s the way it works, not the way it doesn’t work. We are stuck with reality that is what it is because god and reality and nature say that it is what it is and will be and do what it is and not what it isn’t or could or should or would be or what we want it to be.

Organisms are like light and gravity and magnetism and are included in the everything of reality that works the way it does and not the way it doesn’t, and is what it is because god and reality and nature say that it is what it is and will be and do what it is and not what it isn’t or could or should or would be or what we want it to be.

(although I will argue we do have some control in this area in regard to our only godlike ability to create life)

But organisms are part of reality and are what they are because that’s their DNA and what god said it is what it is because god and reality and nature say that it is what it is and will be and do what it is and not what it isn’t or could or should or would be or what we want it to be.

Cats for example, they are what they are and do what cats do and not what cats don’t do because that’s what their DNA says nature says that reality says that god says. Cats are cats and we deal with it. That’s the way it works. We don’t get to determine what cats want or want to do or will be or think and behave.

Another example are ants. Like cats, they do what they do and are what they are because that’s what their DNA and nature and reality and god says they are, and not what they aren’t or could or would or should be or anything other than what they are.

It’s not like we can make them turn into trees or birds or stars or rocks or hydrogen. Because they’re cats and ants that are and do what they are and do because that’s the way it works according to god and reality. We deal with it.

What would happen if you organized at church to say magic special words and have a special paper signing ceremony where you cast a magic spell and hired an army of people with weapons to make light slow down to half acceleration, and gravity reduce by 2/3 during working hours in specified locations?

My hypothesis is that light and gravity would still act like light and gravity because it is light and gravity and not what it isn’t like something else, and that said light and gravity will be and do what they always do because they are what they are and not what they aren’t or could or should or would be or what we want them to be because that is what nature and reality and god say they are.

So what if you tried the same thing on cats? What if you you organized at church to say magic special words and have a special paper signing ceremony where you cast a magic spell and hired an army of people with weapons to make cats fly and quack like ducks and turn into rocks on Tuesdays and walk in a single file line in groups of three, but only after giving a third of their food that happens to be tree bark?

My hypothesis is that they are what they are and do what cats do and not what cats don’t do because that’s what their DNA says nature says that reality says that god says. Cats are cats and we deal with it. That’s the way it works. We don’t get to determine what cats want or want to do or will be or think and behave.

What if you tried that with humans? What if you organized at church to say magic special words and have a special paper signing ceremony where you cast a magic spell and hired an army of people with weapons to make humans be and do what you think they should or could or would be and would or could or should do instead of what their DNA and nature and reality and god say they are and would or could or should do?

I hypothesize it would turn into “Idiocracy Meets Nineteen Eighty Four” because humans are easily led into ignorance and serfdom by their selfish nature and stupidity. I posit that, if done properly and very carefully over multiple generations, you could even have them perceiving and virtually living in and arguing in favor of a false reality for their confusion.

    • Would you look at that? Just look at it!

      • 🙂

      • Look at you with something to say and an inability or reluctance to articulate.

        • Inability? Nope. Reluctance? Maybe. I am reluctant to feed your psychotic ramblings.
But in your own words, it is what it is. Maybe you should consider a medication change.

You really do need some psychological help. And I do hope that you get the help you need.

          • Whatever.

If you have something to say, then say it. If not, then don’t waste my time indulging my ‘nonsense’.

            Thank you.

  12. gmanfortruth says:
    • It kind of looks that way. Maybe some of the best people for these positions are going to be insiders? I truly don’t know. We will have to wait and see. I won’t be holding my breath, though. 😉

  13. I sincerely hope that I do not see anyone burn the flag in my presence…..you want to see violence….do that. The same right that allows them the free expression is the same right that allows me free expression. I do not expect to see that down here but if I do, I will stop it…..or die trying. My patience is exhausted.

    • Dale A. Albrecht says:

The only “protest” with the flag that I feel would be legitimate would be upside down. Signifying that we are in distress and need rescuing. Beyond that the burning of the flag is committing and advocating violence. The courts have ruled that yelling “fire” in a theater is not covered by freedom of speech. So why would an action like burning the flag be protected when it also most assuredly will provoke an action that may result in injury or death.

      • What I keep telling my knot headed lib friends is that burning the flag was not “protected speech” until the Viet-nam era. Prior to that, I guess it rally did not happen enough to make a dent in anyone’s consciousness. Since the court has reversed itself on many occasions, it can again if it wants to.

Barring that, since the court struck down the flag protection law, there has been a movement spearheaded by the American Legion to make it a Constitutional Amendment. That would take the courts forever out of the picture. That needs a 2/3rds majority in both houses and 3/4 of the state legislatures. The latter is doable the former with the current Pelosi-Schumer leadership is a nightmare. Though, if Trump is marginally successful, there can be enough pressure exerted on the dems up for re-election in ’18 to get them on board.

        • Dale A. Albrecht says:

I remember not so long ago that the Democratic party was telling the Republicans that to get elected they had to become more like us. The party did shift to the left in many ways and Trump is no conservative republican. However, as the “right” shifted so did the Democratic party, they went even more leftish. HRC was never a centrist, that is a public disquise hiding her true character. Bill was more of one but he also was a pragmatist and recognized and generally ran with good ideas from anywhere.

The RNC ran scared of Obama by fearing being called racists if they opposed anything he did. But what if it was the white half that I didn’t like? (sarc) It was never personal, just policy they opposed but the democrats instantly played the race card and people are just plain sick of that. If HRC was elected we’d be subjected to 4-8 years of not just political opposition, but the “Gender” card would be played continually…..she used it as her hole card all throughout her campaign.

          • The key, regardless of who gets cabinet positions is will they tow the Trump “line”? I suspect this is being made very clear to them. If they do not, I can see him saying “you’re fired” as frequently and often as necessary. He has already broken all the rules so disposing of a secretary of State every six months until he gets someone in sync would be no different than anything he has done in the past. I suspect Governor Christie has figured this all out about now. .

  14. Here we go again. Chip and Joanna Gaines from HGTV’s Fixer Upper are in the crosshairs of the SJWs because their pastor preaches that homosexuality is a sin. The Gaines’ don’t have a public response at this time, it’s not clear if they have even been asked to have a gay couple on their show, But since the pastor has an opinion, the Gaines get caught in the trap. So here we have the SJWs projecting a thought crime onto the Gaines. Why did this thought pop into my head?:

How do you solve a problem like Maria?….. There is no problem with the Gaines. Leave them alone. Gays got their wish of marriage. Can’t we just leave it there? Why would you want to force someone to do a job for you when their mindset is different than yours? Pick another contractor. It’s not difficult. I hope they don’t end up taking the Gaines’ down.

    • The solution to the gay/christian/government problem is to take government out of marriage and people’s personal lives. But the world and USA proves they would rather the state force gay onto everyone against the Christians who want to to the same with their cult standards.

  15. To whom it may concern,

I see what looks like ambiguous references to things strangers shouldn’t be concerned with.

Why not direct confrontation instead of games and bullshit? Because I am tired of games and bullshit by people I do not know, have no business with, who are insistent and persistent in spite of there being absolutely no initial provocation on my part, and every indication of intent at reasonable resolution.

Does no one know how to have a conversation and approach someone with whatever endeavor or dilemma?

    • I see it like this;

All indications and evidence, circumstance, etc …say that I was born into this BS without a choice. And the whole time, people have been following me around playing some senseless stupid games for no apparent reason, with no provocation or offense from me, nothing to warrant such harassment.

I see it is within a group of people whom I either do not know or do not have business with, or people whom I have never been on bad terms with. I have done absolutely nothing to you people. NOTHING!, ..NOT A GOD DAMNED THING!

You can get into my business, yet when asked directly or given the opportunity to state your business, you avoid it and continue with more games and bullshit. What do you want? What is your problem? What does it have to do with me?

The fact that these questions have yet to be answered for your reluctance leaves me no choice but to take what I do know and consider you a threat to my welfare and being, thus subject to whatever actions I may have to take as to resolve.

You really need to cut the shit.

    • Oh give me a break. You swung back through a few days ago at most. We’ve all listened and sympathized. You, in turn, have gone on at length at how bad we and the world are and claimed the moral high ground. Now you want an unnamed person or people to have general conversation? Does that even make sense to you? Here’s a safety pin, maybe it will make you feel better. Sorry, Eli. I’m not buying it.

      • Have you been following me around stalking and violating and manipulating me since I was a small child? Are you one of those who have been getting into my business and following me around on the internet making subtle ambiguous references to my life elsewhere?

        • I’ll say yes if that can be the end of your accusations? In the meantime, since this has been a problem for you for years, maybe your speeches are falling on deaf ears.

          • They’re paying attention. Or someone is who is telling them about it.

I am trying to make my intent and position known so that it may convince them to respond, as it is probably the lesser of however many evils.

I am not sure exactly how or why, but people have apparently already died over it, a lot of people effected. There may be more. Probably will be.

…because of senseless games and bullshit.

            • Dale A. Albrecht says:

elisheba…..I ran into your Father today. I have never met anybody who had so much rage and anger built up in them. Unfortunately his outlet today was in a public restaurant. The offensive nature of his diatribe was sickening,,,,I have not found any value add from your comments and are akin to “farting in an elevator” Everybody gets off at the next floor and then walk the rest of the way, regardless of how many floors there are left to go,.

              • Well, I suppose it’s a good thing I’m not on your entertainment committee, now isn’t it?

If you care to notice, the above started with “To whom it may concern”, which basically gives you the choice of reading further and concerning yourself, or skipping to another comment/reply. It would be the equivalent of a sign on one of several elevators that reads “Farting Elevator”.

Someone knows what it means. If you don’t, then you’re probably not part of the aforementioned whom.

              • Dale A. Albrecht says:

Elisheba…..yes it is my choice to skip to the next comment, which I in fact do when I see your “alias” come up. Why write and waste your time writing your skree when it is fairly obvious that most if not all of it will go unread, even for the entertainment factor, because it is not entertainment but a sad commentary of a very hateful and disturbed person.

              • It’s being read. Whether you read it or not is not necessarily my concern.

My concern is partially about absolving ethical responsibility before acting. The idea is, that if I exhaust efforts towards a reasonable and honest peaceful resolution, it absolves me from ethical accountability. In other words; sometimes you just have to do what you have to do. So I will do what I have to, but take measures only as necessary.

People have been playing these stupid games and manipulating me for a long time. It followed me here to SUFA. Since I know they are reading along, I communicate with them here, and only because I have no other means of doing so.

This is a necessary measure in preparation for future events and circumstances. I anticipate the very real possibility that I will be questioned for my role and actions in whatever the hell is really going on with these people, in which case I will say that I did everything I could under very difficult circumstances, but no one listened or cared or helped.

Another part of this is intended to work towards a reasonable solution. Whoever they are, they are making mistakes by not taking a forthright approach with me. So I am openly telling them the right thing to do, and in hopes of preventing bigger future problems.

That being said; I possess certain abilities that make me a natural problem solver. Because of that and my unique position, in doing what is necessary for my survival and well being, I figured some things out that are kind of a big deal, and are directly related to these ‘personal problems’ of mine.

It turns out that it is not just my problem. It is a lot of people’s problem, including yours. But it’s not time to explain that yet. And right now, as you read this, you are being a witness to me reaching out to the world. I want to be able to say that I did what I had to and could to do the right thing.

                Feel free to ridicule and reject it. Now to address your accusations of hateful sad and disturbed;

I assure you that you cannot even fathom how disturbed I am. That is what happens when you have to cope with such a unique and extraordinary set of problems that effect your whole life and a lot of people, and in spite of being shit on dismissed and ridiculed by everyone. It’s very frustrating. I get very very angry sometimes. I am sure you know what it means to be angry, right? I presume you are a human?

Hateful? No. Not hate. Frustration and disgust, anger, sure, LOTS of anger,…but not hate. Although I see actions of some who are nothing less than pure evil. It is easy to say I hate them. It is easy to want them to suffer equally to those they torment.

Sad? Yes. Very sad. Enormously sad. I can talk about all kinds of saddening aspects to this ordeal. But what makes me most sad is that people have suffered unnecessarily for no other reason than basic human selfishness stupidity and apathy.

      • Anita, this is probably something that doesn’t concern you, and isn’t necessarily applicable to anything happening here at SUFA aside from me being able to track information as originating from here, and likely from a reader.

Although I do have to wonder about comments like “chasing ghosts”, and whether it wasn’t a form of ridicule by some nosy smart-ass lobbyist who thinks he knows what I am thinking or doing.

I can share with you how I would deal with your issues if you would like. On your terms as well. We have talked before privately, so we communicate well. Your choice. However, my time is very limited as it’s deer season and I’m out in the woods hunting…….A LOT 🙂

The good news is that we hung two in the barn today, and, a Senior Citizen (69 years old) shot both of them. I do a lot for seniors to help them get out and hunt. Earlier this week, two friends age 69 and 79, the elders son, another friend and my 75 year old pops were all out and comfortable. Great week so far. 😀

  17. Just got an email from a friend with a link to a picture….showing Hillary Clinton smiling……

The Caption: Cost of Recount: Millions

Seeing this bitch lose twice……? Priceless

    • Dale A. Albrecht says:

you’re obviously talking counts, but the bill to Wisconsin has risen to $11M…..Why did the board of elections and the court allow a recount of the other candidates….Jill Stein wanted the recount, should be just her votes…period. I know it’s the DNC footing the bill because they made such a stink in the campaign they don’t dare themselves request a recount.

    • Col, TX has voter ID now. Are there any statistics to show its effectiveness?

      • The only stats that I can tell you about is in Tarrant County ( where I reside ) the voter registration commission and the League of Women’s Voters ( which historically has been accurate ) has said that there were a smidgen over 4,000 voters turned away. This was because of a variety of reasons but there were two main reasons that were touted.

        1) The names were not on the voter registration ( which is not disqualifying in itself but they had no picture ID ) however, they could not prove up their residency by presenting two different documents where they owned property or lived in the area by producing either a utility bill or property tax document which was checked against the property roles. ( This was broken down by class….primarily Hispanics trying to vote. Also note that other races tried this but the primary one was Hispanic.)

        2) A number of people showed up to vote that already had mail in ballots sent to their address. I did witness this when I was in line to vote and the primary class or race was black. The account where I was a witness was a car load of blacks showed up to vote that had already voted by mail in ballot which can be easily checked now ( never was in the past ). What the precinct chairman did was asked the first one trying to do this to step in another line and sit at a table where there was a person who picked up the phone and called into the Tarrant County Voter Chair to check to see if the mail in ballot was indeed there. ( It has a bar code on it that matches the address on the picture ID. ) Mail in ballots are counted after the vote booths are closed. ) It was an elderly person who had the proper picture ID’s….and when she was told that she had already voted, she feigned a surprise saying…”I did”? The Chairman then said that if she wanted to vote there, they would pull her mail in ballot. She declined and got up to leave but what was more interesting, the other four with her got out of line and left also.

I heard that Harris County ( Houston ) turned away something over 14,000 voters, San Antonio ( Bejar County ) turned away something over 11,000…..that is all that I have heard about so far…..they claim ( the voter registrations and chairs ) will release the final figures around this month sometime.

However, the other thing that I have heard ( not seen ) is that with the voter registration ID, there were over 100,000 fewer voters this year in the middle of a very charged campaign.

SO, draw whatever conclusion you like….but it appears to me that it worked. The other thing that was adhered to was that you had to vote in the county in which you are registered. So, you could not show up in another county.

  18. Brussels Belgium……..You know what they say– dance like nobody’s watching…except maybe in Brussels.

If you find yourself in the Belgian city, club owners might want you stop dancing altogether because it turns out your moves are costing them quite a bit of money.

Authorities in Belgium’s capital have now started to reinforce a tax on dancing. The tax, first introduced in 2014, requires cafes, bars and nightclubs to pay the government about 40 cents per every dancing customer– each night. Though it’s been two years since the law was enacted, it wasn’t strictly enforced. But now, Belgian authorities are now clamping down on unpaid fees in the lead-up to the busy Christmas season.

    You gotta love Europe.

As brought up before the Charlotte-Mecklenburg DA isn’t charging the officer involved with the fatal shooting of a black man in September. Why would they charge him? Even though the officer was there at the scene on an unrelated investigation, this loving caring Father who had a restraining order against him by his estranged wife inside the apt, who also told the police on the complaint he was armed. But when leaving his vehicle and refusing to DROP his weapon, several times, was the officer supposed to wait and see if he got shot 1st. Protests have broken out in Charlotte and the photos in the news are showing this kissy poo loving couple….He was an abusing son of a bitch who beat his wife and children. Was the officer suppose to hide behind his car and wait and see what the guy was going to do? Like maybe go inside and shoot his wife and kids? Theory yes but just think what the press would be saying if that happened…..that damn white cop stood aside and didn’t protect a defenseless black women, he’s a racist and doesn’t care. Either way the officer loses.

    • You argue ad hominem and that pigs have magic super-human powers.

According to the account of the pigs and Wikipedia, they made an excuse to mind his business and property and murder him.

Keith Lamont rolled a blunt and carried a gun. So what? Who did he harm? No one.

I will tell you why they murdered him. It was over their ego. They didn’t like him ignoring their god-complex by rolling a blunt in front of them. They made the excuse of minding his property and used it to call him a threat, then murdered him.

  20. Maybe all the black people need to organize better, pick a group to represent them, say magic special words at church, then write on paper that pig-cops are not allowed to breathe or exist, the penalty for such being instant dungeon time and 23985345734857943583475 hours of community service.

Then they should hire the Black Panthers to dress up in superhero costumes and go around arresting pigs for being pigs.

They should also create some kind of legitimate training that instructs them to only shoot pigs when absolutely necessary, like when they exist or do anything The Black Panther Police Department doesn’t like.

Sounds reasonable to me given the terms set by government and pig-cops. Right?

Being human has been criminalized on the basis of BS on paper and magic special words and ceremonies and deemed legitimate by the masses. According to statists, if someone is being human, it is a ‘legitimate’ reason to hunt and murder people. It’s the law, right?

So if the black folks in the USA make a government as per the same premise, it is equally legitimate, right? How could anyone argue against their legitimacy? To argue against their legitimacy is to argue against the state.

In fact, as per that reasoning, anyone can go to church and say magic special words and write things on paper, then dress up in funny clothes and go around bossing people around with a gun, and it is completely legitimate as per the statists.

    I am intrigued.

  25. Dale A. Albrecht says:

Earlier this AM I was reading an article saying that Jill Stein had more votes in each of the States she’s suing for a recount than the difference between Trump and Clinton in each of those States…..I’m just wondering in a conspirital way…..what if they’re contemplating throwing all her votes to Hillary? That would create quite a Constitutional crisis. I honestly would not put it past the DNC and the Green party to concoct such a scheme….It’s a loophole not considered by the framers of the constitution and thusly a gray hole in the law…to be exploited.

  26. Dale A. Albrecht says:

Hillary tweeted that her 20 year old hat has more experience than Trump…..I assume she means 20 more years of experience in “Covering Up”

“Ms Stein denies that she is pushing for a recount to overturn the election result. She says she is spurred by worries about the “hackability” of voting systems in the wake of the hacking of the Democratic National Committee’s network, voter-registration databases in Illinois and Arizona and the e-mail account of John Podesta, Mrs Clinton’s campaign manager. Some suspect that Ms Stein is partly driven by the publicity generated by her initiative and the inflow of funds (and donors’ contact details) to finance the recount. The initiative has given her more airtime than ever before and brought in about $7m, more than she received in the whole year for her presidential run.”

This previous paragraph is from “The Economist”

I assume that then this is all a publicity stunt and Stein has withdrawn her recount suits. PA obviously is out due to time limits,

No proof of this comment other than following articles….I believe what Assange said, that none of the documents leaked by Wikileaks came from the Russians. I believe it was leaked by our own intelligence services. Why….the DIA offered 100% of all HRC’s emails to facilitate the investigation by the FBI and DOJ and were rebuffed. Our own government had hacked into HRC’s unauthorized and illegal private server. It would be imprudent if they had not. When any one of the agencies personnel would and are being prosecuted for minor violations of what HRC did wholesale why would they want her as their chief executive?

  31. With all the hoopla of the popular vote…..I did a little research.

Our Founders in their infinite wisdom created the Electoral College to ensure that all STATES were fairly represented. The following statistics are being shared on the Internet and should put an end to the argument as to why the Electoral College makes sense.

1). There are 3,141 counties in the United States. Trump won 3,084 of them. Clinton won 57.

    2) There are 62 counties in New York State. Trump won 46 of them. Clinton won 16.

    3) Clinton won the popular vote by approx. 1.5 to 2 million votes. In the 5 counties that encompass NYC, (Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Richmond & Queens) Clinton received well over 2 million more votes than Trump. These 5 counties alone, more than accounted for Clinton winning the popular vote of the entire country.

    4) These 5 counties comprise 319 square miles. The United States is comprised of 3,797,000 square miles. When you have a country that encompasses almost 4 million square miles of territory, it would be ludicrous to even suggest that the vote of those who inhabit a mere 319 square miles should dictate the outcome of a national election.

Large, densely populated cities (NYC, Chicago, LA, etc) don’t and shouldn’t speak for the rest of our country.

    Just some food for thought.

    • Careful, Colonel. I’ve seen those stats going around and they’re not right. Check out this map. If you hover over a state it gives results for the state, If you click on the state it shows who took what counties. So, if you start on the west coast, say CA, and start counting blue counties, you pass 57 in short order. This particular map is not up to date since Michigan took their good sweet time certifying, but it definitely debunks the stats that you posted. http://graphics.wsj.com/elections/2016/results/

    • Col., the reason I asked my original questions was because I was in a debate with a local on the local newspaper’s site. His claim was that there is no evidence of widespread illegal voting. I said prove it, but of coarse there was nothing forthcoming. I then cited a radio interview conducted this week with the CASoS. He was denying any truth to the Trump’s claim that he won the popular vote if the illegal vote was discounted. During the interview, only he spoke opinion. The only fact he cited was that by law no computer used for voting in CA can be connected to the internet. Nothing was said about exposed USB ports or other input devices or how and who had access to the machines. Most state and local government employees are members of the SEIU and we know how unbiased they are.

During the interview, I kept waiting for the hard questions. What steps do you take to ensure the voter roles are accurate? Do you periodically sample a precinct, track down the the sampled voters and confirm residence and citizenship? Do you cross reference voter roles with jury documents where people can claim non-citizenship to get out of jury duty? Are the courts required to transmit such claims to the registrars to have these names removed from the voter roles? With automatic registration now in CA plus illegals being given DL’s, how do you ensure non-citizens (illegals and green card or H1B) holders are not registered? Non of these questions were asked. My conclusion is that the media does not want to know the answers because it does not fit their narrative.

I did search for information on illegal voting but have not been able to find any real studies. There are studies that discuss the impact of voter ID on voter turn out. Typically they claim it reduces voter turn out by 2-2.5%. It is assumed that those not voting or turned away were legitimate voters. No one suggested that it might be people scamming the system such as multiple voters, illegals, resident non-citizens or others.

There is plenty of anecdotal evidence of illegal voting. In one case a registrar went to a citizen swearing in ceremony and passed out applications. He collected the applications and then started entering them into the database only to find that about a dozen of the applicants were already registered and had voted in multiple elections.

      • Dale A. Albrecht says:

Way back in history the MediCal system was taken from Blue Cross blue Shield by the State. The cost overruns under the previous administrator was a huge problem for the State. They paid anything and everything and to any claim to anybody, NO CHECKING or cross referencing data bases. The new system 1 checked double billing from the “professionals” doctors that is scamming the system. Many went to jail, Next they made a simple check of names of people signed up to receive benefits from MediCal.
SAME name DIFFERENT address got kicked out and a social worker physically followed through. Some were actually a coincidence of two different people but the majority were the same person listed under two addresses. The cleaning up of the fraud that ensued save the State about 25% if not more, and they actually were able to INCREASE the benefits to those that deserved them.

Why would the voter roles not be done just as carelessly as they had been set up under Jerry Brown’s Father, Edmund, with Medical, as with the automatic registration set up under Jerry…..both were set up to guarrentee the continued dominance of the Democrats in power

    • Same for Michigan…Clinton wins 8 out of 83 counties.

As I stated before about Pa:

    • Dale A. Albrecht says:

Gman….isn’t that a bit of a spin by the “Green Party” seeing that the date to file for a recount passed Nov 21st, not Dec 3rd. It was all a scam for face time that was unobtainable during the campaign cycle and the outside chance that the courts would make up law. You can post the bond all you want, but for the hassle we’re keeping and and saying NO.

      • gmanfortruth says:

The Pa deadline was the 28th, which they were on time….but Pa law doesn’t just allow for a recount without cause. But the main point in all of this is that Stein duped those who donated, up around 7 million now, claiming her donators are regular citizens and can’t afford 1 million, despite 7 million in this so called account. The bottom line…….Liberals were played for fools again.

County votes….2…just kidding, A large county but there are more burros left over from the gold and silver prospectors than people.

As this debate keeps going on about the electoral college vs straight popular vote it becomes more evident the genius of the framers of the constitution. Here are guys who were the 1% who actually had a major issue with the elite and or major population centers beingt he only vote that counts. it is great if the popular and the electoral vote each agree, as it usually does, but the anomolies (sp) wind up proving correct on the sentiment of the overall country, Not just NY or Boston or Philadelphia.

Today there are some interesting articles coming out once the rage is subsiding, even on Huffington Post. Hillary’s campaign absolutely blew it with their assumptions, like “she deserves it” It’s my time and totally discounting what is still the majority of this country. The elites do not care as long as they make money no matter which way anything goes. The poor/desenfranchised are the pawn and could be bought even back in the beginning. The more poor they create the more pawns are on the board and are disposable in order to retain power.

The US is a mixture of every nation on earth and more open than any place I’ve ever lived. We got the people who were discontent with the status quo, we go the ultimate movers and shakers….why do we want to be like Europe they are the poster childs of the elite running the masses with largess. We can if given free rein beat any nation on earth with innovation and products and be competative….we just have to be allowed to, Precisely because we are made up of everyone on earth,,,,,,I dare anyone here to name a country that has such a mix as we have here. We have taken the good and the bad and made it work. Not smoothly but better than anyone, Japan was easy to beat economically, because they had a “Group Think” Nobody thought oustside of the box or was shunned for doing so. We think one way and we are finished period end. Japan is in almost 30 years of a serious economic crisis and will never get out until they have free thought.

    • There is nothing free about nationalism. You are free to do as you are forced.

Nations are forced life, that’s it. Romanticize it and rationalize it to be this institution of greatness, call it free, exceptional, or brave or any of those feel-good propaganda indoctrination terms, and it is still all based on forced edicts, and thus an open air prison, ‘Camp USA’, as well as a threat to the rest of the world.

Amen that. As one of my Great Grandmother’s said….”Wie are Americans now” As one of my nephew’s wife said not to long ago as we ran towards socialism/communism willingly….don’t you realize what you’re getting into? This is from a person who lived under a programmed society with social justice in a communist country where no thought other than the leaders was permitted and any contrary thought was dealt with by a bullet. I have friends that are ardent socialists from Austria. Believe it to the marrow in their bones. Yet as academia they would not have lived and died in death camps unless they fled from other socialist. Those that stayed I heard of only one that survived and was not executed because he had value and a scientist and was taken to the USSR and was NEVER allowed to leave until after the collapse of that nation. AS intellectual as they are and in academia their whole lives they DO not allow free discussion in their house. Even weather is off topic now. They instantly start name calling very derogatorially immediately if a contrary thought is uttered. No debate, no discussion,,,,just instant derision.

  34. Dale A. Albrecht says:

Just got finished watching a very interesting movie. Much to the dismay of some of our members here it stared Jane Fonda and a totally messed up young lady named Lindsay Lohan. The movie is called “Georgia Rule” We sometimes look at the disfunction of many of the young stars in Hollywood and some are lucky to have survived. Lindsay was a great young upcoming child star than went literally nuts with drug abuse and screaming out for help with her destructive actions. In this movie I could not help but feel she was acting reality. The anger she portrayed was real. This move was all about ABUSE. It was listed as a comedy, but was nothing of the sort. The critics hated the movie, because I can see that it stuck to close to home. Young stars like Cory Haim and Cory Feldman, Amanda Peterson and many others seriously abused and drugs and suicide became the way out for all to many of them The Father figure of Hollywood Bill Cosby was one of the biggest abusers of them all.

  35. Penn State is Big Ten Champ 🙂

    • Whaaaaat the hellll? How did I not know that game was on last night??? Oh, man! I’m gonna have some fun today. I saw both of my two biggest pain in the ass Michigan fans yesterday and neither of them mentioned this game. I even watched Alabama whoop Florida. I’m so mad I missed it. Sorry, Kathy. I would have rooted for the Badgers. But congrats TRay and USW!!! I wonder if they’ll let you advance.

  36. Dale A. Albrecht says:

I’m getting numb from all the news about the Green Party. Yesterday’s headline was that the party was NOT going to pursue a recount in PA and then this mornings headline is that they are going to Federal Court tomorrow suing for a recount in PA. Between them and the DNC probably going to elect Ellison as the chairman will hopefully put a nail in the radical swing towards the left those parties have chosen to take. This election and aftermath are just a notch below the election that brought Lincoln to the WH and the subsequent civil war when the south split.

    • gmanfortruth says:

Stein will lose in Federal court. She has zero standing. She would have to show some clear evidence to have the Court rule for a recount, or for that matter, put a stay on the results until a further ruling. No matter, she has swindled millions of dollars of money from nieve Liberal’s , good for her. Maybe this will be a lesson on how Liberal’s do business, they lie, steal and cheat.

      • All she needs is a Democrat judge. That’s it!

        • gmanfortruth says:

All the State of Pa will do is explain that Stein, and all other parties, will be sued for the full cost of the recount. The bond demanded by the courts are in line with Pa law, which is intended to stop idiots from demanding recounts where none are needed. I hope there is a recount and i hope the bitch is sued for 10 million dollars to recoup the costs when nothing changes. Hurt them where it hurts, the wallet.

  37. Robert Toricelli AKA “the Torch” was forced to drop out of his re-election bid for the US Senate from New Jersey over allegations of free stuff from “constituents”. Since it was after the deadline to propose new candidates, it was assumed that he would remain on the ballot ad his challenger would win, (remind anyone of Obama). The State Democrat Party illegally replaced him with former Senator Frank Lautenberg. The “R”s sued and LOST in a four to five decision in NJ Supreme Court. Four judges were appointed by Democrats one by a Republican!

  38. gmanfortruth says:

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers says it will not grant an easement for a $3.8 million pipeline to be built under Lake Oahe in North Dakota after months of protests by the Standing Rock Sioux tribe.

I’ve been following this somewhat, wondering what the great Obama administration would do…..This has been going on a LONG time.

    • It’s not up to government, or anyone but the Sioux.

…another example of why D.C. needs to be nuked.

  39. Dale A. Albrecht says:

Some Judge has ordered Michigan to start a recount immediately. Hire and bring in as many people as it will take. With Michigan takeing almost 1 month to do their results of the election, pretty much says they took care in the first place. This whole thing by Stein is such a deliberate act to disrupt the election results…..to queer an orderly transistion. I just hope the country all in all remembers the Dems actions by (electing most likely) Ellison as the DNC head and also the Green party, If this keep going on the path it, is my prediction, this will not bode well for the nation. actually worse than if HRC had won.

Italy votes NO, isn’t politics fun

    • gmanfortruth says:

Using HRC’s own words, the Green’s and Dem’s are a threat to Democracy 😀

    • Dale…..I don’t think so….I think everyone knows that this thing by Stein is nothing but a fund raiser. As a matter of record, she has been asked to produce how the money has been spent since she said she can no longer afford the million dollar price tag…..she refuses to do so. The electorate will vote in two weeks. I see no change.

      • Dale A. Albrecht says:

Both Wisconsin and Michigan have been ordered by judges to do the recount immediately. Stein one day says she’s dropping the effort in PA, then turns around yesterday and says she’s going the Federal court today..

  40. As to the Italy vote, it will be coming out in the wash soon that the EU has been co-mingling its assets to present a better picture. Italy’s bank, Monte dei Paschi, is going to fail…its stock has lost 85% in thirty days, and there could very easily be a run on the bank today. If there is a run on the bank where depositors cannot get their money…..you will see a continuation of the distrust of global banking.

    • It is going to take 13 billion in Euro’s to bail out this ONE bank and there are dozens of others all over Europe in this position. Wonder what Germany does today?

      • gmanfortruth says:

Germany is looking at putting a 5,000 euro cap on cash payments.

While cash is King at the moment here in the US, When cash is suddenly not accepted around the world, things will change. Like you, I don’t see it happening in our lifetime, but stranger things have happened. Globalism is taking a beating and going cashless could bring them great control over the masses. Their desperation could push in this direction, as it has in India recently.

        • I don’t think so, G Man…( of course time will tell ) but going cashless will establish a huge underground black market.

Look at this another way,,,,if society goes cashless….what good will gold and silver make? Without the ability to hedge….. gold, silver, platinum, palladium……become worthless.

          • gmanfortruth says:

I agree Colonel. There would be a black market for precious metals, whose price would then be controlled by bankers and globalist’s. This is their idea of an economic orgasm 😀

            • Heard something on the radio yesterday about people in Italy taking bitcoin (not that I pretend to understand it). This led to a discussion of the “cashless” society which both the host and guest said will arrive in 20 years or less. Let us see, Just turned 70 last week…………

        • Cash is simply a representation of something with value. In the case of FRN’s, it is the labor/time/skill of future generations.

Time is money. Ultimately everything economic is based on time. All goods and services come from an investment of individual time, time to gather raw materials, time to manufacture, time to sell and distribute, time to make the buildings and tools to facilitate it, time to invest on education to learn skill to increase value of time, and everything else. At the core of it, individuals trade their time on this planet for a medium of exchange called money that is used to trade for goods and services.

          It is all about time.

As it is, government forces everyone to pay for it’s multi-trillion dollar spending sprees and wars and welfare and everything else to perpetuate and grow it’s power. It does so beyond time the current population is able to pay with, and thus the burden of debt is passed down to future generations.

Everything you demand from government today comes at the cost of the lives of future generations. You are literally, by law, paying for systematic violence, murder, slavery and destruction with your children and grandchildren.

Aside from wholly rejecting government and the FED, one solution is to base the currency on time credits of individuals, and without theft of it through involuntary taxation or regulations. You are the one who solely decides what your time is worth and what to spend it on, and you nor anyone can spend more than what you can earn in your lifetime. You and your labor/skill are essentially the commodity that it is based.

No gold standard or slavery is necessary.

If you want to spend more than what you can earn in a lifetime, then you will have to produce and sell your children like you do now.

    • Dale A. Albrecht says:

Read that last week. Poised to fail along with them because of the co-mingling are 9 other banks. What also will be triggered is a “Bail-In” where the banks seize deposited assets up to a limit. No FDIC there.

  41. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cognitive_dissonance

In psychology, cognitive dissonance is the mental stress or discomfort experienced by an individual who holds two or more contradictory beliefs, ideas, or values at the same time; performs an action that is contradictory to their beliefs, ideas, or values; or is confronted by new information that conflicts with existing beliefs, ideas or values.[1][2]

That’s why it annoys you when I simply and clearly point out that you voting statists are criminals and terrorists, by definition. That it comes from a piece of shit like me only intensifies it.

You are born into a world where you are taught a default norm of violence and serfdom, continually reinforced through feel-good propaganda that appeals to your selfish egotistical nature(ref; Freud-“Id”) as a human. It appeals to your natural need for acceptance and belonging as a social animal, teaches you that your personal identity and self worth are relative to the system that murders people and enslaves you as per how many dollars you have.

Naturally, you identify yourself as an American, proudly have your ego firmly attach. When all the things you are proud of are called into question, it is interpreted as an attack on your personal self, an attack on your ego. You have been essentially brainwashed into taking it personal, and especially since you have invested so much time and effort into the lifestyle you’re told to have.

Cognitive dissonance also explains the unwillingness to abandon the current debacle. You WANT to believe the system works because that is what you have been taught, because that is what you have invested so much into, ..even though you can easily come up with all sorts of things you don’t like about it that make you unhappy, or at least something you see as ethically unacceptable.

It is the Pavlov’s Dog conditioning equivalent to being taught by your parents to run face first into a brick wall a few times in order to solve problems. It hurts like hell and does nothing to help you think about things, but your parents love you and taught you to do so, so it is the way to be. When someone comes along and points it out to you, questions the benefit of it, you naturally reject it. Because to accept their reasoning means that mom and dad lied to you, that you’re kind of stupid to be bashing your face up like that.

You are faced(pun intended) with a dilemma of ego, an internal conflict between the discomfort of admitting your parents lied and that you’re stupid, or the pain and discomfort that goes with continuing to bash your face into a wall.

It isn’t always easy being smacked in the face with reality.

    • gmanfortruth says:

Yet, you are the one with an issue with faceless, nameless people supposedly spying on your every move. While this may be remotely true, that somehow you hold some special importance to humanity that these forces are out to control you, you have systematically allowed them to do exactly what you detest, control you. So you flail like a wounded duck, totally against your perceived enemies and what they represent….government. Despite your best efforts to identify these forces, you can’t actually say if they are government people, media, doctors conducting experiments or aliens from another solar system.

My suggestion….ignore them and they will go away. 😀

OH! Government will always devolve against freedom, I have no doubt about that. We do need a better system, much better system.

      • No sir, that is not an accurate assessment. Nor is that post in reference to stalkers.

It was about cognitive dissonance, and how it is aggravating to statists when you point out the evil of their precious government. Spend your children and grandchildren on systematic violence, murder, slavery and destruction, represented by a man who grabs women by the pussy, ..what a concept! How proud you must be to call yourself an American.

Not that I am judging or special, but simply calling it what it is. As to reiterate, please allow me to once again point out what an insignificant piece of crap nobody loser asshole I am. If it makes you feel better, I can go on for quite a while about how screwed up I am. I readily admit it. It is what it is. I’m working on it.

If you like, we can completely divert from any topic that may identify or reveal the core issue in the minds of statists(the core of statism), and instead sit here and rip my ass for being a piece of crap, as to buffer your cognitive dissonance, to make you feel better about being at least as screwed up as I am.

        • gmanfortruth says:

That isn’t necessary. During your legthy absence I have stayed over and over that the Feds need removed, completely. A cast majority of government functions that may be necessary for a short time can be handled by the States. Then continue the process and bring most everything to the local level.

There is very little need for government as we have it today.

          • The overall strategy you propose is a good one; Break it down starting from the most centralized piece of the machine.

As for a rebuilding, I posit that whether it is centralized or decentralized is irrelevant to the principle function of force and the removal thereof. What I mean is that whether it be big or small doesn’t really matter, just as long as it is not premised on the principle of using coercion and murder to do everything.

Remove force from the social organization equation and it will either function as a service or die. A big service or small service is still a service and not slavery and murder.

We can have Global Libertarianism as well as we can have it for a small rural town/county. It will function about the same. It is all about principle, not necessarily scope or size.

            • The battle between good and evil is as old as man. You leave out half the equation with your solution. We will never get to 100% good because man is not perfect, so you’re going to have to take that up with your purple spaghetti monster. In the meantime, those of us with cognitive dissonance are trying to work within the system. You say disengage from the system. At this point in the USA alone, 2/3 are disengaged. That would be you. So you are allowing the 1/3 of us to make law that applies to you. How’s that for cognitive dissonance? Then you have the whole rest of the world to worry about. We don’t even have to talk about countries. Terrorist and drug cartels run by their own creed. Disengage from that fight and you’re dead.

              • “The battle between good and evil is as old as man.”

…as are solutions that have been proposed the whole time. Great philosophers, religious gurus, political scientists, etc., have been preaching it.

“You leave out half the equation with your solution. We will never get to 100% good because man is not perfect, so you’re going to have to take that up with your purple spaghetti monster.”

I am not leaving out anything, nor do I expect humans do be 100% good. I know that ain’t happenin’. I very much understand the evil nature of humans. Unless you want to kill us all(not that I necessarily disagree) or somehow alter our DNA to make us less selfish and more cooperative and peaceful, then it is something we will have to work around as we always have had to.

There is a system in place for all the evil pricks in the world who insist on domination and violence. It is called the inalienable right to defense, and is not subject to limitations, only that it be a response to violence. (ref; Zero Aggression Principle)

“In the meantime, those of us with cognitive dissonance are trying to work within the system.”

Exactly. You are unable to rationalize beyond your brainwashing and continue to insist on using a failed system. But then again, you are proudly evil and wear a badge of honor for what I call a fail. So I guess it is about perspective, huh?

“You say disengage from the system. At this point in the USA alone, 2/3 are disengaged. That would be you. So you are allowing the 1/3 of us to make law that applies to you.”

No, I am not allowing it. And if/when one of your thugs tries to punish me for violating no one, I will exercise my right to defense as I would any other fool in a super-hero costume bossing me around with a weapon.

And since I am only one man, I am trying to break a population of idiots and serfs from their brainwashing almost every chance I get. I don’t have a lot of hope, but maybe it will catch on. It is at least worth the entertainment value for the time spent.

There is no cognitive dissonance on my part. I am fully aware of the situation and have expressed the same reality elsewhere.

“How’s that for cognitive dissonance? Then you have the whole rest of the world to worry about. We don’t even have to talk about countries. Terrorist and drug cartels run by their own creed. Disengage from that fight and you’re dead.”

…or don’t worry about their problems until it becomes your problem. In which case, you exercise the right to defense. If you are worried about a large scale attack from another culture, I posit that getting rid of the state that drops bombs on everyone at the expense of yours and their children will go along way in restoring peaceful relations.

Not only that, but the right to defense includes organizing armies and security forces. So even if you don’t have a government and military industrial complex, you can still build weapons platforms and defend entire regions at will by whatever means are necessary and available.

      • …more food for cogniti…err…umm..thought….

“We hold these truths to be self evident,…”

Translation; This is real true tangible observable reality as we know it.

“…,that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights,…”

Translation: You have a right to exist as a human, to be a human being, and to do what humans do, because that is what reality and god and nature says you are.

“…that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”

Translation: Humans have a right to live as humans and do what makes them happy, as long as they do not encroach upon the rights of others to be humans and do what makes them happy.

The whole why of your government’s founding was based on inalienable rights and the principles of liberty, then known as Liberalism, which shares it’s core values with Anarchism and Libertarianism, arguably being of no difference.

Of course, then it goes on to say that governments(force) were instituted among men to protect rights, and therefore deviates from any solid premise in which to facilitate systematic liberty(aka-libertarianism), …and hence a CONstitution that functions as a framework for violence and enslavement.

Self evident truth is things like reality and gravity and cats and stuff. It is obvious and evident, but somehow a piece of crap anarchist like myself has to point it out in a ‘psychotic rant’ and explain it on a website to a bunch of educated professional intelligent statists and cause cognitive dissonance. What does that say about perception?

    • And your alternative? ( I have read everything you posted but I have yet to see an alternative other than, every man for himself.

      • Thank you, Colonel.

The process of solving any problem starts with identifying it. That is where we are now.

Identifying the problem requires cognitive dissonance, a turbulent thought process that will eventually lead to a breaking free in terms of idealism.

The problem is a matter of principle. That is to say that the core issue is the use of deadly force as a default principle function of social organization. From local to globally, human social organization is premised on systematic violence, the use of coercion and deadly force to impose edicts.

Until this is corrected, the result will always be violence destruction and enslavement, and any and/or all political debates or subsequent solutions, idealism, etc., etc., anything within the political realm, is null void and moot, straw-man, and will only work to perpetuate the problem, as it is all more things to be forced.

The solution is to disengage the system in mass, to simply peaceably do something else, whatever is most convenient, whatever works best for you. Oh, but you can’t just peaceably do whatever because your whole existence has been dictated by force by a bunch of people with weapons and others who say magic special words at ceremonies and whatnot.

It’s about the force. Address the force. Start there. Then peaceably do something else, whatever is convenient and works best for you and yours. What exactly that entails is subject to individual wants and needs and varies widely, and is up for many lengthy discussions, I’m sure.

What is universal, and what I think is a good standard to premise a new system of social organization from, is the value of inalienable rights and the principle function of liberty thereof.

Anything based on a false faulty or incomplete premise will inevitably also be false faulty or incomplete. Hence the necessity of truth and a solid premise to base anything. Hence the value and necessity of being able to discern truth and reality, henceforth some more back to defining reality of what it means to be a human and defining rights, hence my above ‘psychotic rants’ about basics of truth and reality with light and gravity and cats and stuff, hence the relevance of cognitive dissonance of ‘conservative’ statists on a website.

  42. I have not been watching the Dakota thing very closely……do I have it right, that this tribe is squatting on Federal Land and dictating water rights?

    • gmanfortruth says:

The Dakota thing is about stopping an oil pipeline from being installed under a lake where they get their water. This year long issue has magically been ended by the Army Corp of Engineers, who are now denying the easement permit.

      • Yes, I knew that….but the whole thing is that this TRIBE…..while squatting on Federal Lands, receiving untold millions of tax payer dollars is protesting a pipeline under a reservoir where they get their water…..Let me see if I have this straight…..the reservoir is on Federal Land, the Indians are squatting on Federal Lands and the water that they get from a Federal Reservoir, free of charge, is…..being questioned because of a possible contamination….

The Army Corps of Engineers is a part of the system….as goes Washington, so goes the Corps of Engineers….Warren Buffet owns the rail roads and trucking in Canada….I understand the context of that…..the funding this Dakota Tribe is getting is from Buffet….I understand that….

So….we have more of the same….

        • gmanfortruth says:

Sounds about right. A couple thousand veteran’s showed up to be a buffer between cops and protesters, and poof, it all ended.

        • I would hardly call any Native American Indian a “squatter”. Think about it.

          • In the concept that they were here first…no one disputes this as far as I know. In the concept, that under our current system…yes they are. Right or wrong. However, I think you and I can discuss a couple of things without you looking for the black helicopters.

  43. The foreign ministers of China and Iran have urged countries not to violate the Iranian nuclear deal, in remarks apparently directed at President-elect Donald Trump’s incoming administration.

Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said in Beijing on Monday that each of the seven nations involved in the agreement “have the obligation to fully implement” it.

I can see no better reason to terminate this agreement.

    • gmanfortruth says:

I never really though that Iran was a major threat, even with a nuke or three. If they used one they would cease to exist as a livable nation. And, if it were that big of a problem, it could have been wiped out long ago. I see this as more NEOCON bullshit fear mongering.

      • Problem is you are dealing with insane people as if they were sane. “If they use one”. That, is a scary thought especially if you are an Israeli. Give them a few more years and they will get around to a suitcase bomb.

I do not pretend to know the answer. If the frigging CIA even had a clue of what it was doing, destabilization is a better bet than bombing or troops. Just some chaos. Funny how we support all these freedom fighters who represent either total anarchy or tyranny yet won’t lift a finger to help people who want to overthrow the Mullahs and return Iran to a basically secular state. I’d love to have Stephanapolous ask that of Obama or Kerry.

        • Dale A. Albrecht says:

The silence of Obama and Hillary sure was deafening a few years ago when the people in Iran started rising up against the Mullah’s after a fraudulant election.

  44. Dale A. Albrecht says:
  45. http://constitution.findlaw.com/amendments.html

    Amendment Four

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects,(right to property and privacy/sanctuary) against unreasonable(without reason) searches and seizures(invasion of privacy and theft), shall not be violated, and no Warrants(magic papers) shall issue, but upon probable cause(a reason), supported by(by someone who has said) Oath or affirmation(magic special words), and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized(describing it on paper).

Right to sanctuary and property without reason to invade and steal shall not be violated and no magic papers shall be issued unless someone who has said magic special words describes it on paper.

Rights shall not be violated without a reason to violate them and magic special words and paper.

Rights shall not be violated unless there is a reason and religion

Right shall not be violated except for religious reasons.

Rights shall be violated whenever there are religious reasons.

If you are a constitutionalist, you are a slave to a parchment and ink god and call your rights protected, your government god instituted by men to do so, as is stated in your declaration of independence.

In the real world, your rights are already defined by god. You don’t need a fourth amendment double-speak nonsense to violate them or define them or manage them or pretend to protect them.

As statist, Republican, United States President, George W. Bush was rumored to have said; “It’s just a god damned piece of paper.”

  46. Hey Anita,

    More about cognitive dissonance…

If you care to notice that I have made a marginally reasonable argument in favor of genocide, the violation of billions, and in doing so, focused on principle as to justify it as defense.

A lot of that is about baiting. It is crazy for me to suggest such a thing, evil and violent, etc, right? But it is okay to violate billions if magic special words, paper and magic seals, religious ceremonies, funny clothes with weapons ‘legitimize’ it?

In order to argue against it, you must consider principle, which applies equally in spite of artificial values such as magic special words and papers and such. You are still making an excuse to ‘violate everyone’ in either case.

To recognize this simple logic is to recognize your own actions as a constituent statist. You rationalize through the cognitive dissonance with simply choosing to proudly value evil.

That is a great first step towards recognizing there is a problem. And, as an anarchist, I am proud of you for it. Now, I have to ask; What value is there in evil and violence? What makes you so proud of doing your part to steal from and murder and destroy things all over the world?

    • Ah! The old guilt by association trick. Not buying that either. You may not vote but you play by the same rules as everyone else. You pay the same taxes and fees that I pay. You are in the system just as I am. Doesn’t mean that either of us like it. It just is what it is.

      • Sorry Anita, as a constituent, you play an integral role in the existence and legitimization of the state.

By voting, you are not only agreeing to the terms and conditions of the election and accepting the winner as your legitimate leader, but are also expressing willful intent and membership to, consent and demand of, said form of government and all that it includes.

You are demanding that someone represents your interests. That is what it means to be a constituent. Representative government is wholly dependent upon your vote for it’s claim to legitimacy and of jurisdiction.

To argue otherwise is to argue that your vote makes no difference.

I, however, am different. I do not demand anyone represent, force, steal from or control me. I do not consent to a system of government or recognize their leaders as my own.

You are responsible for your state, not me.

      • And you didn’t answer the question, Anita.(not that you have to, of course)

If you proudly value evil, and admit it, why do now you deny it, claiming no guilt by association? It seems you would be proud of your vote that supports all that violence and evil as you previously stated. Badge of honor I think were your words, or something to that effect.

Are you proud to be evil or not? …why?

        • Yes, by your interpretation of the meaning of evil and violence, I AM EVIL. But can I at least be a good evil? My participation in the system doesn’t harm you personally. Your life is not in clear and present danger of me in any way. I thought we were supposed to get along?

          • I still love you, Anita.

But you are indeed violating me with your statism. You have forced your will onto me by proxy of the state.

You have demanded that I be forced to be represented by people who aren’t me or my will, and institutions that I despise..

You work to enslave any children that I may(probably not) have.

You have effectively prevented me from being a human and living as a free man in my homeland.

That is what your vote does to me, you, and everyone. It’s criminal. Please stop.

            • Ok, but that is your problem, not mine. I don’t have a problem with it.

              • In other words; Fuck you, Elisheba. Too bad.

How does that apply when someone has a gun to YOUR head ordering YOU around as your state does everyone else? Is it not your problem then? If I hired them to do it as to steal your money, beat you, throw you in a dungeon for breathing, and kidnap your children, does that mean that I can tell you to get over it or whatever?

Or do I have to say magic words and have a ceremony too?

              • Your interpretation, again.

              • How else am I supposed to interpret it?

Me- Statism is evil because X Y Z. You support statism. Statism violates me, therefore you violate me with statism. Plus, it is kind of stupid. Please stop.

You – Not my problem. Bashing you over the head works for me. I AM EVIL.

Me – Siriusly? How would you like it if someone did you like that?

You – Think what you want.

How dissociative can you get, Anita?

              • You can throw whatever label you want on me, I’m not the one making leaps here. The system hasn’t kept you down anymore than the next guy. Your happiness is on you to achieve. There is nothing wrong with being an advocate for peace on earth, but if you want to be the next Ghandi, it would help if you lost the chip on your shoulder. It starts with – Be the change you want to see. I’m done with this thread of interrogation.

              • Anita,

We have probably had hundreds or even thousands of conversations(or more) about it right here at SUFA. So I know you know the difference, ..which I have even put into very simple direct clear and concise terms in a way that a child can understand, right here on this page.

You simply don’t like it being pointed out to you the evil and atrociousness you espouse support and demand. Perhaps you recall the previous posts of unpalatable pictures of malformed children prompting you to be so pist? “Did you get your tax money’s worth in depleted uranium” I believe was the caption that I wrote.

In spite of every effort, you dissociate and disconnect as much as you are able to think and argue, for the turbulence you experience for the conflict between the life of statism you’ve firmly attached your ego to and ethical standards and serious considerations. That’s classic cognitive dissonance, and shows you aren’t really evil. It wouldn’t bother you if you were evil. It probably does bother you because you are very egotistical, otherwise known as human. You like your statist world. You are very comfortable with it. You were born and raised into it, and that’s just normal and part of your identity/ego. You benefit from the bashing people over the head method, and you want to protect all of your normal comforts, …naturally, understandably.

But you(and many more) are still violating others. That’s wrong. Stop doing it. …or at least make your government give us ‘free’ persons another option.

“The system hasn’t kept you down anymore than the next guy.”

Oh yes it has. I can sit here and think of all kinds of ways that it has effected me and many others, prevented us from being happy and free. But the one that bothers me the most is that it has encroached upon my simply being a man and having a family. It is just one more thing keeping me down and getting in the way.

I very much value family, children especially. They are all absolutely beautiful and precious, every last one of them. The whole idea of creating a life, filling a blank canvas with what is ‘correct’, an immaculate development into a healthy happy functional adult, is something I hold in high regard, and thus also the concept of good parents.(teachers too).

                Producing a child is the most god-like a human can ever become. It is not something I take lightly. I have always wanted to one day be a good dad, but in regard to the state, there are two primary reasons why not to;

1 – You and your voter friends are literally demanding, by force/law, the spending of yours and everyone’s children and grandchildren as currency to pay for war, murder, destruction, and enslavement of them, you, me, and many others, ..and I feel it is irresponsible and cruel to subject a child to such an existence. It is utterly disgusting to me the notion of having children as currency for evil.

2 – There is a mountain of laws dictating the lifestyle and management of family that disrupts distorts and prevents what I feel is the most healthy and beneficial environment in which to raise children.

Every necessary and healthy process of early childhood development, all aspects of a natural healthy nuclear family structure and marriage, or the ability to provide, have been dictated or distorted by law to the degree that it is detrimental and dysfunctional by default in the modern world.

I am not going to play by rules that punish and enslave children for being born. That is evil to the core.

I’m not trying to be Gandhi. I admire Gandhi and all, but fuk Gandhi. I am not trying to be or follow Gandhi. I am simply trying to be a man and pursue happiness. And you and your state are trying to enslave my children. Ya feel me?

“It starts with – Be the change you want to see.”

Your government gang won’t allow it. Duh.

Looking at this post, with an open mind and not taking any sides, I see someone who is projecting blame upon society for his problems. Unfortunately, problems happen for people all the time, some from outside forces, but many are also self inflicted wounds. I don’t project blame for all my past, present or future problems, I deal with them, one at a time. Some get fixed, some just become a memory to learn from.

In short, blaming billions of who live in our crazy way of life and survive having a government is…….really weak. Fix what you can control and just learn to either deal with the rest, ignore what you can and just live as best as possible. Projecting blame where none exists except in your own mind is a good place to start on fixing the problems you face.

              • Bullshit.

You do what Anita does, only you rationalize it away as something else, go for the ad hominem or deny principle with straw-man value.

There reality is that my charge is absolutely correct, real valid and true. It is in your faces and aggravating you. You are trying to redirect blame to me for my valid arguments.

WAKE UP! GAWD DAMN G MAN! WAKE UP!

You and your voter friends are literally demanding, by force/law, the spending of yours and everyone’s children and grandchildren as currency to pay for war, murder, destruction, and enslavement of them, you, me, and many others.

Do you not see something very very wrong with that?

By all order of reason, cause and effect, you are effectively making your daughter breeding stock and slave to bankers and government. Why you are not disgusted by that is a mystery to me.

              • gmanfortruth says:

You and your voter friends are literally demanding………………

First, who was it that said I actually voted? This assumption is why people who project blame upon others fail.

I am very awake and I see the many problems with our current society. What I don’t do is alienate people to the point they dismiss the points being made because they are simply angry. The Anarchist ideology has been discussed and debated many, many times. Basically, I think that kicking the dead horse over and over isn’t getting anywhere, except in the opposite direction intended, if you get my drift. Energy is a terrible thing to waste. Your Anarchist diatribes have been posted here many, many times. I don’t think anyone new is here for you to convince, but you can keep trying 😀

            • Then what are you doing arguing in favor of violence and enslavement?

              Quit rationalizing. Wake up.

You cannot get around it, either you are for violence and enslavement or you aren’t. If you aren’t then you aren’t a statist, and in any way shape or form. You are either for good or evil. There is no in between, no fence riding.

You are either against the state and statism in all it’s form and entirety, or you are an advocate for evil. It is a matter of values and principle.

It is very simple, boils down to Right/wrong, Good/Evil.

So far the recount has made little news because, as Heavy reported at the end of day 2 of the recount, the net vote in Wisconsin had only changed by 3 votes.

However, the Wisconsin Board of Elections just posted updated recount results for Day 3 on their recount update page and today’s net changes are much more dramatic.

In the Day 3 recount update, Hillary Clinton has a net total loss of 18,422 votes in from the original count in areas that have been recounted so far.

In contrast, Donald Trump has a net total loss of 3,289 votes from the original count in areas that have been recounted so far.

The resulting total difference is a net change of 15,133 votes in favor of Donald Trump after the completion of the 3rd day of the recount.

    • Do you feel represented?

Do you think Mrs. President William Clinton feels represented? What about the Obama family?

Do you think Trump will “move on HRC or Mrs. Obama, or Alia like a bitch”, ‘grab her by the pu$$y’ and ‘try and fcuk her’ at the inauguration ceremony because ‘when you’re a star, they let you do anything’?

Thanks Harry! and don’t let the door hit you in the ass on the way out.

The Constitution gives the president the power to nominate top officials and the Senate the role of providing “advice and consent.” That has been understood to mean senators must vote to approve each nominee — and, in recent decades, it has meant a nominee must be able to survive a filibuster.

Both parties trade blame for who’s responsible for things. Democrats, however, intensified the partisan battles under President George W. Bush, using the filibuster to prevent him from naming a series of conservative appeals court judges.

The GOP retaliated under Mr. Obama. Mr. Reid, despite having been part of the Bush-era filibusters, promised to defend the use of the tool as leader. He didn’t. With the support of his fellow Democrats he used a shortcut procedure to change Senate rules: Any nominee save for the Supreme Court can now be confirmed by majority vote.

Under the new rules Mr. Reid managed to push through controversial Obama picks including Alejandro Mayorkas as deputy secretary at Homeland Security and former Rep. Melvin Watt becoming director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency.

Democrats had been confident of keeping control of the White House with Hillary Clinton and of taking back control of the Senate. Mr. Reid, who is retiring at the end of this year, even encouraged Democrats to consider expanding his use of the nuclear option to eliminate the 60-vote threshold for Supreme Court nominees.

    Two news flashes

“Jill Stein is emboldened in Michigan because of 75000 blank votes” My question is if it’s blank how is that a vote? other than interpreting the blank as “NONE OF THE ABOVE” What are they going to do, fill them in to get the desired results?

“Republican Elector is rejecting Trump because of foreign payments and that’s against the Constitution? Did this elector miss the HRC campaign emails about “Take the money”
Seeing that this never came up during the campaign and only HRC’s money was suspect with the ties to the Clinton Foundation and all the foreign money that poured into it and quid pro quo during her tenure as SOS etc and $200K per minute to Bill etc etc.
Trumps campaign was self financed, is this elector saying that revenue from his investments and property was illegal to use? HRC’s campaign financing was rife with foreign money, even Bill’s back in the 90’s especially from China and they got caught. Why would the lioness/leopard change her spots and behavior.

  50. We really are living in changing times. MSM, while still flailing, is all but dead. I just want shout out for RSBN Right Side Broadcasting Network. They are the new kids on the block like CRTV’s Malkin, Steyn, and Levin. They have built a following through the campaign, have been asking for donations from people, not corporations, and have announced that they will begin 24/7 news next month. With so much live streaming available right to your tv now, these new outlets are where its at. They’ve had a website up for some time now. It’s an aggregate news source much like Drudge. They’re just a couple regular guys, brothers from Alabama, and a few others who have come on board. Wayne Dupree, a conservative, black, radio host/blogger is carried on RSBN. They are not quite polished yet, and they admit it. Here’s hoping they can help bury the MSM.

    • As a citizen, I want to shoot Mark Levin. If I hear his stupid rant one more time about how we need more of these trade deals. Last Saturday, there was a guest on Larry Kudlow’s show who blew it in his first paragraph. When questioned about Trumps Carrier deal he went on the EXTREME Dickensonian Right Wing Rant about restraint of trade, government over reach etc. and then talked about how many new jobs were available for baristas and in the “hospitality” industry. Then he must have realized what he said and started walking it back. But you know what he really thinks, “I have mine, F—- You and your kids and your grandkids!
